 1) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE - PLEASE NOTE THE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN
 THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN,
 WHICH SHALL BE CORRECTED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SUBMITTED WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 I. THE ISLAND THAT HAS THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION
 IS SIZED DIFFERENTLY ON THE TWO PLANS. THE SITE PLAN
 (AND THE MOST RECENT CIVIL PLAN) SHOWS A 19 FOOT WIDE
 ISLAND WHILE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A WIDER ONE
 (SCALES AT 22 FEET, BUT NO DIMENSION LINE). THE PARKING
 ROW AND NEXT ISLAND TO THE SOUTH ARE SHIFTED BY 3 FEET
 AS WELL. STAFF IS CONCERNED THAT THE CASSIA TREE SHOWN
 IN THE ISLAND NEXT TO THE WATER LINES/FIRE DEPARTMENT
 CONNECTION MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS DOWN THE ROAD DO TO ROOT
 ENCROACHMENT. THE REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL VERIFY
 THAT THE TREE SPECIES/LOCATION WILL NOT CAUSE PROBLEMS
 TO THE WATER LINES (A ROOT BARRIER IS STRONGLY
 RECOMMENDED).
  
 II. THE LIGHT POLE LOCATIONS AND HEAD STYLES DIFFER.
 LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTS SHALL NOT CONFLICT.
  
 B. PARKING LOT STRIPING
  
 C. SITE LIGHTING - THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED DSI LIGHTING CONDITIONS.
 INCLUDE INFORMATION ON THE PROPOSED LIGHTS AND THE
 CUT-OFF FEATURES. THE MOST RECENT PHOTOMETRIC PLAN
 SUBMITTED SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITION. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH
 THE SITE LIGHTING PERMIT CONTINUES TO DO SO:
  
 DSI CONDITION: LIGHT TRESPASS FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 2.0 FOOT CANDLES AT THREE (3) FEET ABOVE GRADE
 WHEN MEASURED AT THE CURB ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 AND CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE.
  
 D. FENCES AND GATES - PLEASE CONSIDER USING VINYL
 COATED CHAIN LINK INSTEAD OF GALVANIZED.
  
 E. BICYCLE RACK
  
 F. SIGNAGE - PLEASE NOTE THAT IT APPEARS THE NUMBER OF
 SIGNS MAY EXCEED THE CITY?S ALLOWANCE.
  
 G. COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE
  
 2) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SINCE THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN
 MODIFIES THE EXISTING CURB CUTS ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 AND CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE:
  
 A. AN FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT AND VERIFICATION OF
 SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF THE WORK WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR THE OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD WORK PRIOR TO THE CITY
 ISSUING THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE SITE.
  
 B. A CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FOR CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE
 AND THE ALLEY WILL BE REQUIRED FROM THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MINOR AMENDMENT FOR THE
 DEALERSHIP HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED. ZONING STAFF HAS
 INCLUDED AN INSPECTION HOLD ON THIS PERMIT UNTIL THE
 REQUIRED MINOR AMENDMENT IS FINALIZED.
