 FLOOR DRAINS SHALL CONFORM TO ASME A112.3.1, ASME
 A112.6.3 OR CSA B79. TRENCH DRAINS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 ASME A112.6.3.
  
 412.2 FLOOR DRAINS.
 FLOOR DRAINS SHALL HAVE REMOVEABLE STRAINERS. THE FLOOR
 DRAIN SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED SO THAT THE DRAIN IS CAPABLE
 OF BEING CLEANED. ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE DRAIN
 INLET. READY ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO FLOOR DRAINS.
  
 2) SHEET P.02 DETAIL FOR ROOF PIPING SUPPORT, TAN PRO
 801 IS INDICATED TO HAVE MIAMI DADE PRODUCT TEST
 REPORT, PLEASE PROVIDE REPORT SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 2010 FBC-P 308.4 STRUCTURAL ATTACHMENT.
 HANGERS AND ANCHORS SHALL BE ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING
 CONSTRUCTION IN AN APPROVED MANNER.
 308.5 INTERVAL OF SUPPORT. PIPE SHALL BE SUPPORTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 308.5.
  
 3) WITHIN THE PERMIT SET OF PLANS THERE ARE NO CIVIL

 4A) THE PLANS SHOW CAR LIFTS BUT THERE IS NO MENTION AS
 TO WHAT TYPE SYSTEM THESE LIFTS ARE, IF THEY ARE
 HYDROLIC, ELECTRIC, PLEASE PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURERS
 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALATION INFORMATION. CONCERNS
 WITH HYDROLIC FLUID LEAKS AND CLEAN UP OF SUCH LEAKS.
 THE SAME ISSUE
 IS WITH THE PARTS DELIVERY LIFT TO THE MEZANINE LEVEL,
 THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS SHOW A RECESS INTHE SLAB.
 HYDROLIC LIFTS MAY NEED TO COMPLY WITH 1003.4 OIL
 SEPARATORS OR A OIL SEPARATOR IS NOT REQUIRED IN
 HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR PITS WHERE AN APPROVED ALARM SYSTEM
 IS INSTALLED (EXCEPTION).
  
 4B) THIS OCCUPANCY BEING A AUTOMOBILE REPAIR & SERVICE
 GARAGE WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-P
 1003.4.2.2 GARAGES AND SERVICE STATIONS.
 WHERE AUTOMOBILES ARE SERVICED, GREASED, REPAIRED OR
 WASHED OR WHERE GASOLINE IS DISPENSED, OIL SEPARATORS
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM CAPACITY OF 6 CUBIC FEET (0.168
 M3) FOR THE FIRST 100 SQUARE FEET (9.3 M2) OF AREA TO
 BE DRAINED, PLUS 1 CUBIC FOOT (0.28 M3) FOR EACH
 ADDITIONAL 100 SQUARE FEET (9.3 M2) OF AREA TO BE
 DRAINED INTO THE SEPARATOR. PARKING GARAGES IN WHICH
 SERVICING, REPAIRING OR WASHING IS NOT CONDUCTED, AND
 IN WHICH GASOLINE IS NOT DISPENSED, SHALL NOT REQUIRE A
 SEPARATOR. AREAS OF COMMERCIAL GARAGES UTILIZED ONLY
 FOR STORAGE OF AUTOMOBILES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
 DRAINED THROUGH A SEPARATOR.
  
 5) SHEET P2.1.3.
 5A) THE PLANS REFERENCE BROADWAY EQUIPMENT CO. BUT NO
 FURTHER DIRECTION IS GIVEN WHERE TO FIND DETAILS ON THE
 TRENCH DRAIN, NEITHER THE STRUCTURAL PLANS PROVIDE ANY
 INFORMATION. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 5B) PLEASE PROVIDE A DOMESTIC WATER PLAN FOR THIS
 BUILDING SHOW HOW THE POTABLE WATER WILL BE HOOKED INTO
 THE CAR WASH RECLAIMED WATER SYSTEM AND PROTECTION OF
 THE POTABLE WATER, 2010 FBC-P 608.3 608.3 DEVICES,
 APPURTENANCES, APPLIANCES AND APPARATUS.
 ALL DEVICES, APPURTENANCES, APPLIANCES AND APPARATUS
 INTENDED TO SERVE SOME SPECIAL FUNCTION, SUCH AS
 STERILIZATION, DISTILLATION, PROCESSING, COOLING, OR
 STORAGE OF ICE OR FOODS, AND THAT CONNECT TO THE WATER
 SUPPLY SYSTEM, SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH PROTECTION
 AGAINST BACKFLOW AND CONTAMINATION OF THE WATER SUPPLY
 SYSTEM. WATER PUMPS, FILTERS, SOFTENERS, TANKS,
 COMMERCIAL DRINKING WATER DISPENSERS AND ALL OTHER
 APPLIANCES AND DEVICES THAT HANDLE OR TREAT POTABLE
 WATER SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST CONTAMINATION.
  
 5C) THE PLANS APEAR TO HAVE THE VENT FOR THE OIL
 SEPARATOR BUT THERE IS NO VENT SHOWN FOR THE FLOW
 CONTROL DEVICE (AIR INTAKE) 2010 FBC-P 1003.3.4.2.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
