 A LETTER FROM THE QUALIFIER OF BOTH THE SHELL
 CONTRACTOR (EMJ CORPORATION) AND TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, IF THE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR WISHES TO START WORK BEFORE THE SHELL WORK
 HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, AGREEING THEY
 WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE CODE COMPLIANCE. THESE
 DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE QUALIFIER.
  
 2) PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN STAMPED WITH THE APPROVED STAMP
 FROM NEW ENGLAND DEVELOPMENT PALM BEACH OUTLET SKYE
 GROUP TENANT COORDINATION STAMP.
  
 3) PLANS AND PERMIT APPLICATION FAIL TO PROVIDE WHAT
 THE SUITE NUMBER IS FOR THIS LOCATION. 2010 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL..
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION.
 2010 FBC-B F] 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS NUMBERS OR LETTERS.

 ACCESSIBLE DRESSING ROOM LAYOUT AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH;

 TURNING SPACE COMPLYING WITH 304 SHALL BE PROVIDED
 WITHIN THE ROOM.

 4B) 803.4 BENCHES. A BENCH COMPLYING WITH 903 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM.

 4B)(2) 903.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE.CLEAR FLOOR OR

 INCHES (1065 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND 20 INCHES (510 MM)
 DEEP MINIMUM AND 24 INCHES (610 MM) DEEP MAXIMUM.
  
 4B)(4) 903.4 BACK SUPPORT. THE BENCH SHALL PROVIDE FOR
 BACK SUPPORT OR SHALL BE AFFIXED TO A WALL. BACK
 SUPPORT SHALL BE 42 INCHES (1065 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND
 SHALL EXTEND FROM A POINT 2 INCHES (51 MM) MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE SEAT SURFACE TO A POINT 18 INCHES (455 MM)
 MINIMUM ABOVE THE SEAT SURFACE. BACK SUPPORT SHALL BE
 21/2 INCHES (64 MM) MAXIMUM FROM THE REAR EDGE OF THE
 SEAT MEASURED HORIZONTALLY.
  
 5) THE PLANS DIDN'T SHOW DETAILS OF THE CASH WRAP AND
 COMPLIANCE WTIH 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE:
 904.4 SALES AND SERVICE COUNTERS.
 SALES COUNTERS AND SERVICE COUNTERS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 904.4.1 OR 904.4.2. THE ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE
 COUNTER TOP SHALL EXTEND THE SAME DEPTH AS THE SALES OR
 SERVICE COUNTER TOP.
  
 EXCEPTION: IN ALTERATIONS, WHEN THE PROVISION OF A
 COUNTER COMPLYING WITH 904.4 WOULD RESULT IN A
 REDUCTION OF THE NUMBER OF EXISTING COUNTERS AT WORK
 STATIONS OR A REDUCTION OF THE NUMBER OF EXISTING MAIL
 BOXES, THE COUNTER SHALL BE PERMITTED TO HAVE A PORTION
 WHICH IS 24 INCHES (610 MM) LONG MINIMUM COMPLYING WITH
 904.4.1 PROVIDED THAT THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR OR
 GROUND SPACE IS CENTERED ON THE ACCESSIBLE LENGTH OF
 THE COUNTER.
  
 904.4.1 PARALLEL APPROACH.
 A PORTION OF THE COUNTER SURFACE THAT IS 36 INCHES (915
 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR SHALL BE PROVIDED. A CLEAR FLOOR
 OR GROUND SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 SHALL BE POSITIONED
 FOR A PARALLEL APPROACH ADJACENT TO THE 36 INCH (915
 MM) MINIMUM LENGTH OF COUNTER.
  
 EXCEPTION: WHERE THE PROVIDED COUNTER SURFACE IS LESS
 THAN 36 INCHES (915 MM) LONG, THE ENTIRE COUNTER
 SURFACE SHALL BE 36 INCHES (915 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR.
  
 904.4.2 FORWARD APPROACH.
 A PORTION OF THE COUNTER SURFACE THAT IS 30 INCHES (760
 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE SPACE COMPLYING WITH
 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDER THE COUNTER. A CLEAR FLOOR
 OR GROUND SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 SHALL BE POSITIONED
 FOR A FORWARD APPROACH TO THE COUNTER.
  
 6) PLANS DID NOT PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE ACCESSIBLE
 GRAB BARS REQUIRED IN THE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS. 2010 FL
 ACCESS :
  
 6)(1) 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES (840 MM)
 MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE,
 EXCEPT THAT AT WATER CLOSETS FOR CHILDREN?S USE
 COMPLYING WITH 604.9, GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A
 HORIZONTAL POSITION 18 INCHES (455 MM) MINIMUM AND 27
 INCHES (685 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED
 TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE. THE HEIGHT OF THE
 LOWER GRAB BAR ON THE BACK WALL OF A BATHTUB SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 607.4.1.1 OR 607.4.2.1.
  
 6)(2) 609.7 INSTALLATION. GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED
 IN ANY MANNER THAT PROVIDES A GRIPPING SURFACE AT THE
 SPECIFIED LOCATIONS AND THAT DOES NOT OBSTRUCT THE
 REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
  
 6)(3) 609.8 STRUCTURAL STRENGTH. ALLOWABLE STRESSES
 SHALL NOT BE EXCEEDED FOR MATERIALS USED WHEN A
 VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL FORCE OF 250 POUNDS (1112 N) IS
 APPLIED AT ANY POINT ON THE GRAB BAR, FASTENER,
 MOUNTING DEVICE, OR SUPPORTING STRUCTURE.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
