 CONTRACTOR (EMJ CORPORATION) AND TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, IF THE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR WISHES TO START WORK BEFORE THE SHELL WORK
 HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, AGREEING THEY
 WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE CODE COMPLIANCE. THESE
 DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE QUALIFIER.
  
 2) PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN STAMPED WITH THE APPROVED STAMP
 FROM NEW ENGLAND DEVELOPMENT PALM BEACH OUTLET SKYE
 GROUP TENANT COORDINATION STAMP.

 PERSONS VERSES THE EGRESS PERSON COUNT WHEN TOTALED OF
 747. DISCREPANCY. 910 PERSONS OCCUPANT LOAD COUNT TIMES

 3B) EGRESS WIDTH PER 2010 FBC-B SECTION 1005.1 MINIMUM
 REQUIRED EGRESS WIDTH.
 THE MEANS OF EGRESS WIDTH SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
 REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION. THE TOTAL WIDTH OF MEANS OF
 EGRESS IN INCHES (MM) SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN THE TOTAL
 OCCUPANT LOAD SERVED BY THE MEANS OF EGRESS MULTIPLIED
 BY 0.3 INCH (7.62 MM) PER OCCUPANT FOR STAIRWAYS AND BY
 0.2 INCH (5.08 MM) PER OCCUPANT FOR OTHER EGRESS
 COMPONENTS. THE WIDTH SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN SPECIFIED
 ELSEWHERE IN THIS CODE. MULTIPLE MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL
 BE SIZED SUCH THAT THE LOSS OF ANY ONE MEANS OF EGRESS
 SHALL NOT REDUCE THE AVAILABLE CAPACITY TO LESS THAN 50
 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED CAPACITY. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY
 REQUIRED FROM ANY STORY OF A BUILDING SHALL BE
 MAINTAINED TO THE TERMINATION OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 4) PLEASE SEE SHEET A1.2 WITH THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF 1080
 OCCUPANTS, TOTAL OCCUPANTS = 1000 VERSES THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 910 FOUND ON SHEET A01. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHICH OF
 THE OCCUPANT LOADS IS CORRECT, NOTE IF THE 1000 OR MORE
 IS CORRECT THE 2010 FBC-B TABLE 1021.1WOULD REQUIRE A
 4TH EXIT WHICH WOULD REQUIRE THE EXIT ACCESS THROUGH
 THE STOCK/ STORAGE ROOM QND WOULD NEED TO MEET
 THEFOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
 2010 FBC-B 014.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES.
 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THIS SECTION.
 1. EGRESS FROM A ROOM OR SPACE SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH
 ADJOINING OR INTERVENING ROOMS OR AREAS, EXCEPT WHERE
 SUCH ADJOINING ROOMS OR AREAS AND THE AREA SERVED ARE
 ACCESSORY TO ONE OR THE OTHER, ARE NOT A GROUP H
 OCCUPANCY AND PROVIDE A DISCERNIBLE PATH OF EGRESS
 TRAVEL TO AN EXIT.
 EXCEPTION: MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 ADJOINING OR INTERVENING ROOMS OR SPACES IN A GROUP H,
 S OR F OCCUPANCY WHEN THE ADJOINING OR INTERVENING
 ROOMS OR SPACES ARE THE SAME OR A LESSER HAZARD
 OCCUPANCY GROUP.
 4. EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH KITCHENS, STORAGE
 ROOMS, CLOSETS OR SPACES USED FOR SIMILAR PURPOSES.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH A KITCHEN
 AREA SERVING ADJOINING ROOMS CONSTITUTING PART OF THE
 SAME DWELLING UNIT OR SLEEPING UNIT.
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHEN ALL OF THE
 FOLLOWING ARE MET:
 2.1. THE STOCK IS OF THE SAME HAZARD CLASSIFICATION AS
 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA;
 2.2. NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM;
 2.3. THE STOCKROOM IS NOT SUBJECT TO LOCKING FROM THE
 EGRESS SIDE; AND
 2.4. THERE IS A DEMARCATED, MINIMUM 44-INCH-WIDE (1118
 MM) AISLE DEFINED BY FULL- OR PARTIAL-HEIGHT FIXED
 WALLS OR SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH AND LEAD DIRECTLY FROM THE RETAIL AREA
 TO THE EXIT WITHOUT OBSTRUCTIONS.
  
 5) SHEET A2.3 SHOWS THE MEZZANINE AREA, 1ST AND 2ND
 FLOOR, THE 2 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL ASSMBLY, BUT THE DOOR
 LEADING FROM THE 2 HR WALL ASSEMBLY TO THE GENERAL
 SALES FLOOR IS NOT IDENTIFIED. PLEASE REFER TO SHEET
 A3.2 THE DOOR SCHEDULE AND REVIEW ALL THE DOORS 1ST AND
 2ND FLOOR ON THE DOOR SCHEDULE FOR THIS AREA THEY ARE
 ALL WRONG. NO FIRE RATING FOUND FOR THIS DOOR. SHEET
 A7.2 DOORS MATCH THE SCHEDULE BUT DOOR 123 DOES NOT
 HAVE A 1 1/2 HR FIRE RATING. SEE OPENING PROTECTIVES
 2010 FBC-B TABLE 7.15
  
 6) THE PLANS ALSO SHOW A VERTICAL LIFT BUT NO PRODUCT
 INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED ON THE LIFT. 2010 FL
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 221.1.1 FLORIDA VERTICAL
 ACCESSIBILITY.
 NOTHING IN THIS CODE RELIEVES THE OWNER OF ANY
 BUILDING, STRUCTURE, OR FACILITY GOVERNED BY THIS CODE
 FROM THE DUTY TO PROVIDE VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY TO ALL
 LEVELS ABOVE AND BELOW THE OCCUPIABLE GRADE LEVEL,
 REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE ADA STANDARDS FOR ACCESSIBLE
 DESIGN REQUIRE AN ELEVATOR TO BE INSTALLED IN SUCH
 BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR FACILITY.
  
 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 408 LIMITED-USE /
 LIMITED-APPLICATION ELEVATORS 408.1 GENERAL.
 LIMITED-USE/LIMITED-APPLICATION ELEVATORS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 408 AND WITH ASME A17.1 (INCORPORATED BY
 REFERENCE, SEE ?REFERENCED STANDARDS? IN CHAPTER 1).
 THEY SHALL BE PASSENGER ELEVATORS AS CLASSIFIED BY ASME
 A17.1. ELEVATOR OPERATION SHALL BE AUTOMATIC.
  
 7) NEITHER A2.3, A7.2 NOR E2.1 SHOW ANY SMOKE ALARMS IN
 THE STAIRWWELL CORRIDOR CEILING OR ON THE ADJACENT
 CORRIDOR CEILING # 113. THIS WAS A REQUEST FROM BOTH
 BUILDING & FIRE SINCE THE MEZZANINE DESIGN WAS A HYBRID
 SYSTEM, WITH A OCCUPANT LOAD GRATER THAN 10, THE 2 HOUR
 FIRE RATING AROUND THE STAIR CORRIDOR AND EXIT DOOR TO
 THE EXTERIOR WERE ALSO PART OF THE REQUIREMENTS SINCE
 THE PLANS LACKED 2 MEANS OF EGRESS THIS DESIGN WAS A
 EQUIZALENCY TO UNDER ALTERNANTE MATERIALS AND METHODS.
  
 8) HIGH PILE STORAGE RACKING SYSTEM DOES NOT PROVIDE
 HOW CLOSE THE FIRE SPRINKLERS ARE TO THE RACKING SYSTEM
 WITH THE BOXED CONTENCE ON THE TOP OF THE RACK.
 THERE ARE NO MANUFACTURERS INSTALATION INSTRUCTIONS,
 MAXIMUM LOADING OF RACKS NOR IS THERE INFORMATION AS TO
 THE ANCHORING OF THE RECK SYSTEMS.
 2010 FBC-B 413.1 GENERAL. HIGH-PILED STOCK OR RACK
 STORAGE IN ANY OCCUPANCY GROUP SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
