 REQUIRES A UNISEX BATHROOM IN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES
 WHERE AN AGGREGATE OF SIX OR MORE MALE AND FEMALE WATER
 CLOSETS ARE REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2010 FPC
 SEC.403.5. SHOW THE REQUIRED UNISEX TOILET ROOM ON THE
 PLANS AND PROVIDE A SANITARY AND WATER RISER FOR
 REVIEW. 2ND REQUEST. THE UNISEX TOILET ROOM SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE FL. ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 2) SUBMIT AN ENLARGED RESTROOM FLOOR PLAN FOR THE FIRST
 FLOOR. SHOW ALL REQUIRED FLOOR SPACE FOR THE
 HANDICAPPED FIXTURES. THE RESTROOMS SHALL FULLY COMPLY
 WITH THE 2010 FL. ACCESSIBILITY CODE.THE TOILET
 COMPARTMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH FAC SEC.604.8.1.6.SINCE
 THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. 2ND REQUEST.
 3) SHT. P-2 - THE FIRST FLOOR SANITARY PLAN IS DRAWN
 VERY LIGHT AND IS DIFFICULT TO READ. SUBMIT A PLAN THAT
 IS CLEAR IN DETAIL AND LEGIBLE. WPB AMEND. TO 2001 FBC
 SEC. 107.2.1. 2ND REQUEST.
 4) THE RESTROOMS ON THE 2ND FLOOR SHALL FULLY COMPLY
 WITH THE FL. ACCESSIBILITY CODE. THE TOILET
 COMPARTMENTS SHALL COMPLY WIT FAC SEC.604.8.1.6.SHOW
 ALL THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE PER FAC SEC. 306 &
 604.3.2ND REQUEST.
 5) SHT. P-4 - THE 2ND FLOOR SANITARY ISOMETRIC FOR THE
 WOMEN'S RESTROOM #205 HAS A DRY VENT FOR THE P-1
 FIXTURE. EVERY DRY VENT CONNECTING TO A HORIZONTAL
 DRAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2010 FPC SEC.905.3. 2ND
 REQUEST.
 6) THE FLOOR DRAINS ON THE FIRST FLOOR SANITARY
 ISOMETRIC ARE NOT VENTED. PROVIDE THE PROPER SIZE VENTS
 PER THE FPC SEC.906.1, 901.2. 2ND REQUEST.
 7) THE P-5 FIXTURE SHALL BE PROPERLY TRAPPED. FPC
 1002.1. 2ND REQUEST.
 8) THE SINGLE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE BAR AREA (#209) IS NOT
 VENTED.FPC SEC.906.1.2ND REQUEST.
 9)THE NUMBER OF WATER CLOSETS BEING WET VENTED IN THE
 FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR RESTROOMS EXCEEDS THE NUMBER
 PERMITTED BY FPC SEC. 909. ALSO, URINALS ARE NOT
 PERMITTED ON THE HORIZONTAL WET VENTS. 2ND REQUEST.
 10) SHT. P-3 - THE 2ND FLOOR DOMESTIC (WATER PLAN) IS
 DRAWN VERY LIGHT AND IS DIFFICULT TO READ. SUBMIT A
 PLAN THAT IS CLEAR IN DETAIL AND LEGIBLE. WPB AMEND. TO
