 WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING
 CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 902 THROUGH 912
 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION WITHIN A GROUP AS WELL AS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM ONE GROUP TO A DIFFERENT
 GROUP.
  
  
 CONTRACTOR IS PROCEEDING AT THEIR OWN RISK!!! 2010 WEST
 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 105.13 PHASED PERMIT
 APPROVAL. AFTER SUBMITTAL OF THE APPROPRIATE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
 FOUNDATIONS OR ANY OTHER PART OF A BUILDING OR
 STRUCTURE BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE
 WHOLE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. THE
 HOLDER OF SUCH PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION OR OTHER PARTS
 OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE SHALL PROCEED AT THE
 HOLDER?S OWN RISK WITH THE BUILDING OPERATION AND
 WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT A PERMIT FOR THE ENTIRE
 STRUCTURE WILL BE GRANTED. CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHNICAL CODES. THIS
 PROVISION IS ONLY FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ALL
 OTHER AGENCY APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION MUST
 BE SECURED PRIOR TO THIS PROVISION BEING APPLIED.

 REQUIRED SHOWING THE SCHEMATIC LAYOUT FOR THE FIRE
 SPRINKLERS, A FULL NFPA 13 SYSTEM WILL BE REQUIRED.
 A HOLD WILL BE PUT ON THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 UNTIL THIS REVISION IS SUBMITTED AND APPROVED. SEPARATE
 FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS WILL ALSO NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD AND REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD WITH THIER SHOP DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL,
 APPROVED OR APPROVED WITH COMMENTS.
  
 107.2.1.1 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM SHOP DRAWINGS. SHOP
 DRAWINGS FOR THE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM(S) SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO INDICATE CONFORMANCE WITH THIS CODE AND
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND SHALL BE APPROVED PRIOR
 TO THE START OF SYSTEM INSTALLATION. SHOP DRAWINGS
 SHALL CONTAIN ALL INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY THE
 REFERENCED INSTALLATION STANDARDS IN CHAPTER 9.

 SPRINKLER PLAN IN THE INDEX OF DRAWINGS NOR ANYWHERE
 ELSE IN THE PLANS. TRAVEL DISTANCES ARE SHOWN FOR
 NON-SPRINKLERED BUILDING.
