 2) FOOTNOTE "G" OF TABLE 403.1 OF THE 2010
 FBC-PLUMBING, REQUIRES A UNISEX BATHROOM IN MERCANTILE
 AND ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES WHERE AN AGGREGATE OF SIX OR
 MORE MALE AND FEMALE WATER CLOSETS ARE REQUIRED.
 3) SUBMIT AN ENLARGED RESTROOM FLOOR PLAN FOR THE THE
 FIRST FLOOR.
 4) THE RESTROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE FOR BUILING
 CONSTRUCTION.
 5) SHT. P-2 - THE 1ST FLOOR SANITARY PLAN IS ILLEGIBLE.
 SUBMIT A PLAN THAT IS CLEAR IN DETAIL. WPB AMEND. TO
 2010 FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 6) THE 2ND FLOOR SANITARY ISOMETRIC HAS DRY VENTS FOR
 THE P-1 FIXTURES. EVERY DRY VENT CONNECTING TO A
 HORIZONTAL DRAIN SHALL CONNECT ABOVE THE CENTERLINE OF
 THE HORIZONTAL DRAIN PIPE PER THE 2010 FPC SEC.905.3.
 7) THE FLOOR DRAINS ON THE FIRST FLOOR ARE NOT VENTED.
 FPC SEC.906.1. 901.2.
 8) THE SANITARY LINE FOR FIXTURE P-1 ON THE FIRST FLOOR
 CONNECTS TO NOTHING. CLARIFY.
 9) P-5 FIXTURES REQUIRE TRAPS.
 10) THE SINGLE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE BAR AREA ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR IS NOT VENTED. FPC SEC.906.1
 11) THE NUMBER OF WATER CLOSETS BEING WET VENTED IN THE
 SECOND FLOOR RESTROOMS EXCEEDS THE NUMBER PERMITTED BY
 SEC.909 OF THE FPC. ALSO, URINALS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON
 A WET VENT.
 12) BASED ON THE SHOWN OCCUPANT LOAD, THE MINIMUM
 NUMBER OF REQUIRED PLUMBING FIXTURES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 A) 7 WATER CLOSETS, 4 LAVS FOR THE MALES
 B) 7 WATER CLOSETS, 4 LAVS FOR THE FEMALES
 C) 1 SERVICE SINK
 D) 2 DRINKING FOUNTAINS
 13) CITY RECORDS ( PERMIT #03060274 ) SHOW THE SECOND
 FLOOR OF THIS BUILDING AS APARTMENTS, WHICH IS AN R-2
 OCCUPANCY. THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY AND MUST COMPLY WITH CHAPT.9 , SECS. 902-913
 OF THE 2010 FBC, EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
