 901.3 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING
 CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 902 THROUGH 912
 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION WITHIN A GROUP AS WELL AS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM ONE GROUP TO A DIFFERENT
 GROUP.
  
 1) THE COVERSHEET A0.0 INDICATES THE 1ST FLOOR
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS A A-3, THE PLANS APPEAR TO
 BE A NIGHTCLUB OR BAR / TAVERN WHICH IS A A2 OCCUPANCY,
 SEE 2010 FBC-B 303.1.
  
 2) NEITHER THE COVERSHEET NOR ANY OF THE PLUMBING
 SHEETS PROVIDE THE REQUIRED MINIMUM FIXTURE COUNT PER
 2010 FBC-P TABLE 403.1.
  
 3) THE PLANS DO NOTSTATE IF THIS TENANCY IS TO BE A
 RESTARAUNT OR A NIGHTCLUB. IF TO BE CONSIDERED A
 RESTARAUNT NO KITCHEN APPLIANCES HAVE BEEN SHOWN
 ALTHOUGH A 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IS SHOWN, PLEASE PROVIDE
 WHAT YPES OF FOOD WILL BE PREPARED. IF A RESTARAUNT

 4A) FLOOR DRAINS IN RESTROOM & STORAGE ROOM ARE MISSING
 TRAP PRIMERS. 2010 FBC-P 1002.4 TRAP SEALS. EACH
 FIXTURE TRAP SHALL HAVE A LIQUID SEAL OF NOT LESS THAN
 2 INCHES (51 MM) AND NOT MORE THAN 4 INCHES (102 MM),
 OR DEEPER FOR SPECIAL DESIGNS RELATING TO ACCESSIBLE
 FIXTURES. WHERE A TRAP SEAL IS SUBJECT TO LOSS BY
 EVAPORATION, A TRAP SEAL PRIMER VALVE SHALL BE
 INSTALLED. TRAP SEAL PRIMER VALVES SHALL CONNECT TO THE
 TRAP AT A POINT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE TRAP SEAL. A
 TRAP SEAL PRIMER VALVE SHALL CONFORM TO ASSE 1018 OR
 ASSE 1044.

 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
