 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) PROPOSED CUSTOM DOOR "A" SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 (***NOTE: THE DOOR DOESN'T HAVE TO BE IMPACT BECAUSE OF
 THE 25% EXCEPTION ON SEC. 606.4 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING. A PRODUCT APPROVAL IS STILL REQUIRED FOR ALL
 NEW DOORS. HISTORIC DOESN'T WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT).
  
 B) SIMPSON CONNECTOR A4 SPECIFIED ON ANCHOR SCHEDULE.
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL 5550 IS NOT LISTED ON THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL WEBSITE FOR THE 2010 CODE.
  
 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
 (***NOTE: ONLY THE FLAT ROOF NOA 13-0529.14 SUBMITTED
 WAS REVIEWED BY THE ENGINEER).
  
 3- FLAT ROOF INFORMATION SUBMITTED:
 PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS (2
 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON PAGE 19
 AND PAGE 27 OF NOA 13-0529.14 SUBMITTED. NEED THE
 CALCULATIONS TO MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- A)SPECIFY SAFETY GLASS FOR WINDOW ADJACENT TO THE
 SPA. SEC. R308.4(6).
 (***NOTE: HISTORIC DOESN'T WAIVE LIFE SAFETY ISSUES.
 THE LIFE SAFETY CONDITION WAS CREATED BY THE NEW
 ADDITION. PLEASE REVIEW SEC. 1104 AND SEC. 1105 OF THE
 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING TO ADDRESS THE NEW LIFE
 SAFETY ISSUES).
  
 B) SPECIFY SAFETY GLASS FOR WINDOWS ADJACENT TO THE NEW
 STAIRWAY (TOP AND BOTTOM). SEC. R308.4.(7) AND SEC.
 R308.4(8).
 (***NOTE: SAME RESPONSE TO ITEM #4(A) ABOVE APPLIES).
