 FOUNDATION PLAN.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF.
 ***NOTE: CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS
 GOING TO BE INSTALLED. AND, PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS IF THE APPROVED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 D) SIMPSON CONNECTOR A4 SPECIFIED ON ANCHOR SCHEDULE.
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL11506 IS NOT LISTED ON THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL WEBSITE FOR THE 2010 CODE.
  
 2- ENGINEER TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE. OR PROVIDE
 COMPLETE INFORMATION UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. SEC.
 107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- A) SPECIFY SIZES OF THE ROOF DRAIN SCUPPERS AND
 DOWNSPOUTS. SEC. R903.4.
  
 B) SPECIFY OVERFLOW DRAINS AND SCUPPERS SIZE AND
 LOCATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R903.4.1.
  
 5- SPECIFY HOW THE WATER FROM THE NEW ROOF IS GOING TO
 BE CONTROLLED SO IT DOESN'T GO TO THE NEIGHBOR'S
 PROPERTY. SEC. R401.3. THE WATER CAN'T BE DIVERTED TO
 THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY.
  
 6- SPECIFY ROOF SLOPE. SEC. R905.11.
  
 7- PROVIDE HANDRAILS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R311.7.7.
  
 8- A)SPECIFY SAFETY GLASS FOR WINDOW ADJACENT TO THE
 SPA. SEC. R308.4(6).
  
 B) SPECIFY SAFETY GLASS FOR WINDOW ADJACENT TO THE NEW
 STAIRWAY (TOP AND BOTTOM). SEC. R308.4.(7) AND SEC.

 STUD TO PLATE CONNECTOR, NOT JOIST CONNECTOR. OR
 PROVIDE COMPLETE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS SHOWING HOW THIS
 CONNECTOR WILL WORK AS PROPOSED. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) SPECIFY HOW LONG ARE THE 1/2" J-BOLTS SPECIFIED ON
 SECTION 1/S-2 TO FASTEN THE 2X8 P.T. SILL TO THE 8"
 GROUT FILLED BOND BEAM OF THE STEM WALL. SEC. 107.2.1

 C) SPECIFY CONNECTORS AT THE ENDS OF 3-PLY VERSALAM LVL
