 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) REPEAT COMMENT (7/2/14): A NEW A/C UNIT HAS BEEN
 DETECTED IN THE FLOOR PLANS. PROVIDE AN UPDATED SURVEY
 OF THE PROPERTY AND ILLUSTRATE THE LOCATION OF THE A/C
 UNIT IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE PROPERTY LINE(S).
  
 2.) REPEAT COMMENT (7/2/14): THE A/C UNIT SHALL NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO ANY SETBACK. THE SETBACK
 OF THE PROPOSED A/C UNIT CANNOT BE DETERMINED WITHOUT A
 SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY. (ZLDR S.94-305(B)(4))
  
 3.) REPEAT COMMENT (7/2/14): THE VALUE OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION ($28,000) EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE
 STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($31,348 IN 2013 AND $52,720 IN 2014)
 ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE
 SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 4.) THE LATEST REVISION, SHOWING A DIFFERENT LOCATION
 FOR THE PROPOSED A/C UNIT IS NOT CONSISTENT WITHIN THE
 FLOOR PLANS; THERE SEEMS TO BE MORE THAN ONE (1)
 POSSIBLE LOCATION FOR THE A/C UNIT. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR
 CONSISTENCY.
