2014-03-18 13:15:321- PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED
 SETBACK, AS MEASURED FROM THE BACK OF CURB CLOSER TO
 THE BUIDLING FACADE.
 2- DRAWINGS INDICATE A POLE TO REMIAN ON THE NW CORNER
 OF 6TH STREET AND OLIVE. IS THERE ANY REASON WHY THIS
 POLE CANNOT BE REMOVED?
 3- BACK FLOW PREVENTORS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE LOADING
 AREA SHALL BE RELOCATED. PROPOSED LOCATION WILL
 PRECLUDE ANY LANDSCAPE TO BE PLANTED AT THAT LOCATION,
 EXPOSIGN THE PARKING GARAGE FACADE.
 4- PHASE II INDICATES THE BUS STOP ON DIXIE HWAY TO BE
 RELOCATED. WHERE IS IT GOING?
 5- PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILS ON THE EXISTING STREETSCAPE
 ON OLIVE AVENUE AND HOW IT IS GOING TO BE MODIFIED WITH
 THE PROJECT. THE GENERAL STREETSCAPE DESIGN ON OLIVE
 SHALL REMAIN CONSISTENT WITH THE REST OF THE STREET.
 FURTHER DISCUSSION IS NECESSARY.
 6- PARKING SPACES ON OLIVE AVE ARE DIFFERENT THAN SITE
 PLAN, PLEASE DISCUSS CHANGES. (MISSING CURB LINE ON
 SHEET SP-1)
 7- NEW CURB ON NORTH SIDE OF 6TH STREET SHALL MATCH THE
 BUB OUT ON OLIVE. CURRENTLY SHOWN WITH A SMALL ANGLE TO
 MATCH.
 8- PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILS ON PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING
 ON 6TH STREET. IT NEEDS APPROVAL FROM THE ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT (TRANSPORTATION ENG - BRIAN COLLINS).
 9- SHEET SP-1 SHOWS DIFFERENT CURB LOCATION ON 6TH
 STREET THAN CIVIL DRAWINGS. PLEASE CORRECT FOR
 CONSISTENCY.
 10- BUILDING COLUMN AT PARKING ENTRANCE ON 6TH STREET
 IS ENCROACHING INTO THE REQUIRED SETBACK.
 11- MAIN ENTRNACE ON DIXIE HWAY WAS REMOVED. SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL SHOW A MAIN ENTRANCE FROM DIXIE HWAY, AS
 INDICATED BY THE MAIN BUIDLING FEATURES (ENTRY PORCH).
 12- A NEW COLUMN IS NOW SHOWN IN THE WALK UP UNITS.
 SETBACK SHALL BE MEASURED TO THAT COLUMN IF IT IS
 CLOSER TO THE CURB.
 13- PARKING DETAIL SHALL COMPLY WITH CITY STANDARD
 STRIPING DETAIL.
