 1) THE PLAN HAS CONFLICTS IN THAT THE SPACE IS LABELED
 "NEW STORAGE," BUT THE SCOPE OF WORK STATES IN ITEM 2,
 "ENCLOSE EXISTING CARPORT FOR LIVING SPACE," AND THE
 AREA CALCULATIONS INDICATE THE EXISTING CARPORT IS TO
 BE CONVERTED TO LIVING SPACE. PLEASE CLARIFY THE
 INTENDED USE OF THE SPACE.
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE WINDOW SUBMITTALS.
 3) THE WALL SECTION AND THE WALL CONNECTION DETAILS DO
 NOT DEMONSTRATE A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE NEW TOP PLATE
 AND STRUCTURE ABOVE.
 4) THE VALUATION OF $2,00.00 IS LOW PER FBC 109.3
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
