 6A) 5TH REQUEST. THE NEW STEEL BUILDING PLANS BY LUDWIG
 WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE WALL
 PANELS AND ROOFING SYSTEMS. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE
 DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 6B) 5TH REQUEST. THE LUDWIG STEEL BUILDING PLANS ARE ON
 8 1/2 X 11 SHEETS OF PAPER, THEY DO NOT MEET THE
 REQUIRED SIZE REQUIREMENTS FOR RECORD RETENTION.
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN
 ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM
 SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED
 TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 6C) 5TH REQUEST. WITH THE REDUCED SIZE OF THE ENGINEERS
 SEAL THE PLANS DO NNOT MEET THE SEAL REQUIREMETS.
 61G15-23.001 SEALS ACCEPTABLE TO THE BOARD. SAID SEAL
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 1 7/8 INCHES IN DIAMETER, TO SAY
 LICENSE NOT CERTIFICATE. ALL ENGINEERS MUST BE
 UTILIZING SAID SEAL NO LATER THAN JANUARY 1, 2006.
  
 7) 5TH REQUEST. SHEET S-6 & S-10 BOTH INDICATE THE USE
 OF HELICAL PILES PER COLUMN, IS THERE A SUPPORTING
 SOILS REPORT/ 2010 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL.
 WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY
 OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE
 SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED. NO PRODUCT
 INFORMATION FOR THE HELICAL PIERS SHEET S-10 DETAIL # 1
 INDICATES THE USE OF HELICAL PILE WHERE AS DETAIL 2 & 3
 BOTH LOOK LIKE AUGER PILE. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. NO COMMENT RESPONCE FOR THIS
 REQUEST.
  
 8) 5TH REQUEST. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
