 PREVIOUS COMMENTS FROM ZONING HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED
 OR ACKNOWLEDGED IN THE RESUBMITTAL. COMMENTS ARE AS
 FOLLOWS:
  
 1. PREVIOUS COMMENT REGARDING SUBMITTAL OF A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT WAS NOT ADDRESSED. PLEASE SUBMIT A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT INDICATING WHAT THE PLANTINGS
 WILL BE IN THE 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER. PLEASE SUBMIT A
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THE BUFFER
 REQUIREMENTS OF ZLDR SEC. 94-443.
  
 2. BUILDING ELEVATIONS SHOW THAT FLOOD LIGHTS ARE BEING
 PROPOSED ON THE EXTERIOR BUILDINGS, BUT ONLY SURFACE
 MOUNTED FIXTURES WITH COMPACT FLUORESCENT LAMPS ARE
 PROPOSED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING PER THE
 ELECTRICAL PLAN. IF FLOOD LIGHTS ARE BEING PROVIDED ON
 THE BUILDING A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SEC.
 94-309 REQUIRING ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING BE SHIELDED TO
 REDUCE GLARE AND BE ARRANGED TO REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE
 AWAY FROM ADJACENT PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES.
  
 3. ON A PREVIOUS PLAN A TIRE LOFT WAS PROPOSED INSIDE
 THE BUILDING. THE CURRENT PLAN DOES NOT HAVE A TIRE
 LOFT. WHERE ARE THE TIRES FOR THE BUSINESS GOING TO BE
 STORED?
  
 4. ANY PROPOSED SIGNAGE ON THE BUILDING WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
