 1- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. VALUATION NEEDS
 TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT, AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $25,000. PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $762.74.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. PLEASE MAKE
 SURE FORM IS COMPLETELY FILLED AND SIGNED AND DATED BY
 EVERYBODY AT BOTTOM OF FORM.
  
 3- PLANS SUBMITTED HAVE A NOTE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE
 SHEET SPECIFYING THAT THIS DRAWINGS ARE NOT FOR
 CONSTRUCTION. REVISE NOTE AS REQUIRED. NEED TO PROVIDE
 PLANS THAT ARE DESIGNED FOR PERMITTING AND

 KEEP IN MIND THAT FOOTING HAS TO BE 12" BELOW GRADE AND

 COUNTY BUILDING LOCATED AT 2300 N. JOG RD TO VERIFY IF
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY
 THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND
 DEVELOPMENT CODE.

 D) FLAT ROOF (LOW SLOPE ROOF). AND CLEARLY IDENTIFY
 SPECIFIC APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED. ***NOTE: IF
 SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE CALCULATED DESIGN
 PRESSURES, THEN RAS 117 CALCULATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED
 AND THEY HAVE TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY AND ARCHITECT
 OR ENGINEER.
  
 E) HURRICANE SHUTTERS FOR THE ENTRY GLAZED DOOR. AND,
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE CITY

 13- DESIGNER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLANS TO REVIEW AND
 APPROVE IN WRITING ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
