| BAYS. EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING CONVENIENCE STORE INTO |
| THIS SPACE WILL REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A CLASS B |
| SPECIAL USE PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR MORE |
| INFORMATION. |

| 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE |
| BUILDING. FLOOR AREA ALLOCATED TO THE SALE OF |
| CONVENIENCE ITEMS SHALL NOT EXCEED 1,500 SQUARE FEET. |

| 3. THE REVISED PLANS INDICATE THAT A CONDENSING UNIT IS |
| NOW BEING ADDED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. |
| PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACKS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO |
| THE CONDENSING UNIT. ADDITIONALLY, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT |
| SHALL BE SCREENED WITH BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, |
| OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD |
| AND STEEL. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PLANTED AT 2-FOOT |
| INTERVALS AROUND THE BASE OF THE SCREENING. |
