 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. IT APPEARS THAT THE AREA IN WHICH THE CAFETERIA IS
 PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED WAS PREVIOUSLY THE SERVICE
 BAYS. EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING CONVENIENCE STORE INTO
 THIS SPACE WILL REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A CLASS B
 SPECIAL USE PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 BUILDING. FLOOR AREA ALLOCATED TO THE SALE OF
 CONVENIENCE ITEMS SHALL NOT EXCEED 1,500 SQUARE FEET.
  
 3. THE REVISED PLANS INDICATE THAT A CONDENSING UNIT IS
 NOW BEING ADDED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACKS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO
 THE CONDENSING UNIT. ADDITIONALLY, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE SCREENED WITH BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE,
 OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD
 AND STEEL. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PLANTED AT 2-FOOT
 INTERVALS AROUND THE BASE OF THE SCREENING.
  
 4. THE REVISED PLANS INDICATE THAT A VENT HOOD / FAN IS
 BEING INSTALLED ON THE ROOF. WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE
 TOP OF THE VENT HOOD FROM THE TOP OF THE ROOF? IS THERE
 AN EXISITNG PARAPET ON THE BUILDING? WOULD LIKE TO SEE
 ADDITIONAL DETAIL AS TO HOW THIS HOOD / FAN WILL BE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW.
