 FLOOR PLAN OF THE BUILDING AND ENTENDED USAGE.
 THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM
 CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS:
 107.3.5.1.3 PLUMBING
 1. MINIMUM PLUMBING FACILITIES PROVIDE THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD AND COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 PLUMB TABLE 403.1
 2. FIXTURE REQUIREMENTS
 3. WATER SUPPLY PIPING
 4. SANITARY DRAINAGE
 5. WATER HEATERS
 6. VENTS
 78. BACK FLOW PREVENTION
 9. LOCATION OF WATER SUPPLY LINE
 10. GREASE TRAPS
 11 PLUMBING RISER
  
 2) GREASE INTERCEPTOR SHEET 2 INDICATES THE USE OF A
 ATLANTIC METAL WORKS G1-100 PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 MANUFACTURERS SPECS ON THIS UNIT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE SIZING FOR INTERCEPTOR WITH ONE OF THESE
 METHODS 1003.3.4 GREASE INTERCEPTORS AND AUTOMATIC
 GREASE REMOVAL DEVICES.
 GREASE INTERCEPTORS AND AUTOMATIC GREASE REMOVAL
 DEVICES SHALL BE SIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PDI G101,
 ASME A112.14.3 APPENDIX A, OR ASME A112.14.4. GREASE
 INTERCEPTORS AND AUTOMATIC GREASE REMOVAL DEVICES SHALL
 BE DESIGNED AND TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PDI G101,
 ASME A112.14.3 OR ASME A112.14.4. GREASE INTERCEPTORS
 AND AUTOMATIC GREASE REMOVAL DEVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 EXCEPTION: GREASE INTERCEPTORS THAT ARE SIZED,
 CONSTRUCTED AND APPROVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 64E-6,
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND THAT ARE LOCATED
 OUTSIDE THE BUILDING SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THE GREASE INTERCEPTOR ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 4) ALSO PROVIDE THE FLOW CONTROL DEVICE WITH THE
 MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS AND SHOW THE REQUIRED VENT
 FOR THE FLOW CONTROL.
  
 5) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE A DISHWASHER OR FOOD
 GRINDER, WILL THERE BE EITHER ONE OR BOTH, THEY WILL
 AFFECT CALCULATIOSN FOR THE AUTOMATIC GREASE REMOVAL
 DEVICE.
  
 6) PLANS DO NOT INDICATE A FLOOR SINK / MOP SINK PART
 OF THE REQUIEMENTS PLUMBING TABLE 403.1 A2 REQUIREMENT,
 EVEN THOUGH THIS MAY END UP WITH LESS THAN 50
 OCCUPANTS, 403.1.3.1 THE USE OF THE BUILDING IS FOR
 FOOD OR DRINK COMSUMPTION IT WOULD BE REQUIRED BECAUSE
 OF THE KITHCHEN AREA AND GREASE TO BE CLEANED UP FROM
 THE FLOOR.

 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF
