 THE PERMIT APPLICATION WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED, UNDER
 THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK, ADDING STOCKROOM WALLS. PLEASE
 NOTE THIS SPACE IS A SHELL ONLY SPACE, THERE HAS NEVER
 BEEN A TENANT TO RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
 THIS IS A TENANT BUILD-OUT THAT WILL RECIEVE A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
  
 1) PB OUTLET MALLS:
 A LETTER FROM THE QUALIFIER OF BOTH THE SHELL
 CONTRACTOR (EMJ CORPORATION) AND TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, IF THE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR WISHES TO START WORK BEFORE THE SHELL WORK
 HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, AGREEING THEY
 WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE CODE COMPLIANCE. THESE
 DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE QUALIFIER.
  
 2) VALUE IS LOW FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED
 UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT. HOLD WILL BE PUT OM
 PERMIT UNTILS FEES ARE INCREASED.

 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 3) PLEASE REVIEW SHEET LS01 EGRESS THRU STOCK ROOM SEE
 SECTION:
 2010 FBC-B 1014.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES.
 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THIS SECTION.
 4. EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH KITCHENS, STORAGE
 ROOMS, CLOSETS OR SPACES USED FOR SIMILAR PURPOSES.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHEN ALL OF THE
 FOLLOWING ARE MET:
 2.1. THE STOCK IS OF THE SAME HAZARD CLASSIFICATION AS
 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA;
 2.2. NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM;
 2.3. THE STOCKROOM IS NOT SUBJECT TO LOCKING FROM THE
 EGRESS SIDE; AND
 2.4. THERE IS A DEMARCATED, MINIMUM 44-INCH-WIDE (1118
 MM) AISLE DEFINED BY FULL- OR PARTIAL-HEIGHT FIXED
 WALLS OR SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH AND LEAD DIRECTLY FROM THE RETAIL AREA
 TO THE EXIT WITHOUT OBSTRUCTIONS.

 ROOMS OR CLOSETS. ACCESS TO THE REQUIRED FACILITIES
 SHALL BE FROM WITHIN THE BUILDING OR FROM THE EXTERIOR
 OF THE BUILDING. ALL ROUTES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, ACCESSIBILITY. THE PUBLIC SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO
 THE REQUIRED TOILET FACILITIES AT ALL TIMES THAT THE
