 ILLUSTRATED ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 2. ACCESSORY APARTMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SF7
 ZONING DISTRICT. PLEASE BE SURE ADDITION DOES NOT
 CONTAIN STOVE, FULL SIZE REFRIDGERATOR (UNDER
 COUNTER-STYLE REFRIGERATORS ARE PERMITTED), AND/OR
 DOUBLE STYLE SINK. FOR CLARIFICATION OF THE NEW
 ADDITION, PLANS SHOULD INDICATE THE SPACE WILL NOT BE
 USED AS AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT.
  
 3. VERIFY OVERALL HEIGHT OF HOUSE AS DEPICTED ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 4. PLAN INDICATES AN EXISTING RAILING AROUND THE TOP OF
 THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE. THE PERMIT TO INSTALL THIS
 RAILING AND ROOF IMPROVEMENTS (PERMIT NO. 13010304) HAS
 EXPIRED. PLEASE NOTE, PER THE BUILDING DIVISION, ONLY A
 104 FINAL INSPECTION LEFT. - "THEY WILL HAVE TO APPLY
 FOR A REISSUE, BUT THEY DON'T NEED A CONTRACTOR, AND
 THE FEE WILL BE $80. THE PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED AT THE
 FRONT COUNTER IMMEDIATELY AND THE INSPECTION CAN BE
 SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY."

 REVISED PLANS CHANGED THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK AND

 1. THE MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE OF TOTAL FLOOR AREA OF
 ALL ROOFED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A PROPERTY SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE
 PRIMARY STRUCTURE WITH A MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET [ZLDR SEC. 94-304(B)(1)]. THE EXPANSION OF
 THE EXISTING ACCESSORY STRUCTURE INCREASES THE TOTAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO OVER 2,000
 SQUARE FEET AND IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 2. DRAWINGS SHOW A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE, HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT
 ILLUSTRATED ON THE SITE PLAN. BY CONNECTING THE TWO
 BUILDINGS WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN A CANVAS AWNING ON
 THE GROUND LEVEL IS CONSIDERED ATTACHING THE BUIDLINGS
 AND THE WHOLE STRUCTURE MUST THEN COMPLY WITH PRINCIPAL
 STRUCTURE SETBACKS OF THE SF7 ZONING DISTRICTED. BASED
 ON THE SITE DIMENSIONS PROVIDED ONTHE SITE PLAN, THE
 STRUCTURES COULD NOT BE ATTACHED AND MEET THE PRINCIPAL
 STRUCTURE SETBACKS.
  
 3. OTHER ZONING CONSIDERATIONS IF MODFICATIONS ARE
 RESUBMITTED:
  
 A. PLEASE BE SURE ANY CHANGES TO THE PLANS ARE
 REFLECTED ACCURATELY ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 B. ACCESSORY APARTMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SF7
 ZONING DISTRICT.
  
 C. VERIFY OVERALL HEIGHT OF HOUSE AS DEPICTED ON THE
 PLANS. STRUCTURE APPEARS TO BE HIGHER THAN WHAT WOULD
 HAVE ORIGINALLY BEEN PERMITTED.
  
 D. PLAN INDICATES AN EXISTING RAILING AROUND THE TOP OF
