 RECREATION ROOM OR ACCESSORY APARTMENT (SEE OPTIONS
 BELOW). PROPERTY IS APPROX. 5,000 SQ. FT. WITH A WIDTH
 OF 50 FT. IN THE MF20 ZONING DISTRICT. AN ACCESSORY
 APARTMENT IS NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE CLARIFY THE REQUEST.
  
 OPTION 1 - STRUCTURE CAN BE UTILIZED AS A DETACHED
 BEDROOM FROM THE MAIN HOUSE WITH BATHROOM, BUT NO
 KITCHEN. THIS SPACE CAN NOT BE RENTED SEPARATELY FROM
 THE MAIN HOUSE. A MICROWAVE, UNDERCOUNTER REFRIGERATOR,
 AND/OR SMALL SINK WOULD ALL BE PERMITTED AND NOT
 CLASSIFIED AS A KITCHEN.
  
 OPTION 2 - THE STRUCTURE CAN BE USED AS A RECREATION
 ROOM, BUT PLANS SHOULD MORE CLEARLY INDICATE AS SUCH AS
 THE PLANS SHOW A BEDROOM, BATHROOM, AND KITCHEN AREA.
  
 PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL AND DISCUSS BEFORE RESUBMITTAL
 TO MAKE SURE THE REVISION WILL PASS ZONING REVIEW.
