 ST. THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE SITE ADDRESS FOR EACH
 PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER. THERE CAN BE SEVERAL TENANT
 ADDRESS, ONE FOR EACH UNIT, THE SUITE NUMBERS WILL
 FLUXUATE DEPENDING ON THE MOVEMENT OF NEW TENNATCYS.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION 107.2.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE
 MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE PROJECT.
  
 2) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATES AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 34 OCCUPANTS BUT DOES NOT SHOW THE TABLES AND CHAIRS
 FOR THE OCCUPANTS AND COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B 1017.4
 AISLE ACCESSWAYS SEATING AT TABLES, AND COMPLIANCE WITH
 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 902.1 GENERAL. DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND
 902.3.
 ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL.
 DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS,
 TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS, AND BOOTHS. EXAMPLES OF WORK
 SURFACES INCLUDE WRITING SURFACES, STUDY CARRELS,
 STUDENT LABORATORY STATIONS, BABY CHANGING AND OTHER
 TABLES OR FIXTURES FOR PERSONAL GROOMING, COUPON
 COUNTERS, AND WHERE COVERED BY THE ADA SCOPING
 PROVISIONS.

 A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A
 FORWARD APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE
 CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 902.3 HEIGHT.
 THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE
 28 INCHES (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 3) NOTE THIS IS A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY AND WILL NEED TO
 BE INDICATED AS SUCH ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION, AND THE
 PLANS WILL NEEDTO BE ASSESSED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE OFFICE BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
