 1) SKETCH SK-1 PLEASE PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF OCCUPANTS
 THAT ARE EXITING THE REAR OF THE BUILDING, WHEN EXITING
 THE BUILDING, THE 3RD PART OF A EXIT, THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE TO THE PUBLIC STREET, THE RIGHT OF WAY NEEDS
 TO BE MAINTAINED. PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE 392 OCCUPANTS
 FROM THE SECCOND FLOOR EXITING THROUGH THE BACK OF
 HOUSE EXIT PASSAGE WAY ARE ACCOUNTED FOR AND WHAT
 PORTION OF THE 1ST FLOOR ARE GOING THROUGH THE NEW EAST
 DOOR WAY?
  
 1A) PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIDTH OF THE NEW STAIRS? PROVIDE
 HOW MANY OCCUPANTS THE STAIRS WILL HANDLE 2010 FBC-B
 1005.1. 1027.2 EXIT DISCHARGE CAPACITY.
 THE CAPACITY OF THE EXIT DISCHARGE SHALL BE NOT LESS
 THAN THE REQUIRED DISCHARGE CAPACITY OF THE EXITS BEING
 SERVED.
  
 1B) IT APPEARS THE THE 192 OCCUPANTS THAT EXIT TTHROUGH
 THE SOUTH STAIRWELL TRAVEL OUT A PAIR OF DOUBLE DOORS
 AND ARE LED TO A WALKWAY THAT IS 36" WIDE. THIS SAME
 WALKWAY CONTINUES TO CONNECT TO THE NEW STAIR AND
 LANDING TO THE NORTH WHICH WILL BE RECEIVING THE 200
 OCCUPANTS THAT WILL BE EXITING THE NORTH STAIR, EVEN
 THOUGH THIS IS OUTSIDE, IT IS A CONVERGENCE A 36 INCH
 WIDE WALKWAY CAN ONLY HANDE 180 OCCUPANTS. 2010 FBC-B
 1005.1 1027.2 EXIT DISCHARGE CAPACITY.
 THE CAPACITY OF THE EXIT DISCHARGE SHALL BE NOT LESS
 THAN THE REQUIRED DISCHARGE CAPACITY OF THE EXITS BEING
 SERVED.
  
 1C) THIS WHOLE EGRESS PATH IS PART OF WHAT APPEARS TO
 BE A EGRESS COURT 1027.5 WHEN WE LOOK AT THE PROPERTY
 IT APPEARS THAT YOU TRANSVERSE PROPERTY LINES, HOW WILL
 THIS BE HANDLED SINCE ,THE EXIT DISCHARGE IS NO LONGER
 IN THERE CONTROL.
  
 1D) 1027.5.1 WIDTH. THE WIDTH OF EGRESS COURTS SHALL BE
 DETERMINED AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 1005.1, BUT SUCH
 WIDTH SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 44 INCHES (1118 MM),
 EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED HEREIN. EGRESS COURTS SERVING GROUP
 R-3 AND U OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 36 INCHES
 (914 MM) IN WIDTH. THE REQUIRED WIDTH OF EGRESS COURTS
 SHALL BE UNOBSTRUCTED TO A HEIGHT OF 7 FEET (2134 MM).
