 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE SURVEY DOES NOT MATCH WHAT'S EXISTING ON SITE.
 PROVIDE AN UPDATED SURVEY.
  
 2.) THE SCOPE OF WORK SEEMS TO INCLUDE AN EXPANSION OF
 THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF THE SCOPE
 INCLUDES AN EXPANSION OF THE DRIVEWAY, THEN THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION MUST BE MODIFIED TO INCLUDE THE EXPANSION.
  
 3.) THE DRIVEWAY SHALL BE SETBACK 3 FT. FROM THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE; THE PLANS INDICATE A 2 FT. SETBACK.

 4.) THE INTERIOR ARC OF THE CIRCULAR DRIVE SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM RADIUS OF 5 FT., AND SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 LIVING PLANT MATERIAL. (ZLDR S.94-482(D)(5))
  
 5.) THE CIRCULAR DRIVE SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM WIDTH OF 10
 FT. THE PLANS PROPOSE A WIDTH OF 12 FT., WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED. (ZLDR S.94-482(D)(5), FIGURE XV-1)
  
 6.) THE FRONT YARD (MEASURED FROM THE FRONT BUILDING
 FACADE TO THE PROPERTY LINE) SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF
 1,000 SQ. FT. OR 75 PERCENT OF LANDSCAPED AREA. PLEASE
 ILLUSTRATE THAT THIS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENT WILL BE
 MET. (ZLDR S. 94-482(A))
