 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IF THE SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF ONLY RE-STRIPPING
 AND SEALCOATING THE EXISTING PARKING AREA, THEN AN
 APPROVED (SITE) PLAN, SHOWING THE LOCATION AND APPROVED
 NUMBER OF ALL PARKING SPACES ON THE PROPERTY SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED. THE APPLICANT MAY WISH TO CONTACT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT AT (561) 805-6700 TO
 SEE IF THERE IS AN APPROVED SITE PLAN ON FILE.
  
 2.) THE SCOPE OF WORK SEEMS TO BE LOCATED ON TWO
 SEPARATE PARCELS. REQUIRED PARKING SHALL BE LOCATED ON
 THE PARCEL ON WHICH THE USE IS SERVED.
  
 3.) PARKING CANNOT BE PROVIDED ON THE PARCEL TO THE
 SOUTH UNLESS THE PARCELS ARE JOINED BY A UNITY OF
 TITLE. (ZLDR S.94-485(C))
  
 4.) THE PARKING AREA SHALL BE RE-STRIPPED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH ZLDR S. 94-485(J), FIGURE XV-2)
  
 5.) ALL STANDARD PARKING STALLS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF
 EIGHT (8) FEET AND SIX (6) INCHES IN WIDTH, AND
 EIGHTEEN (18) FEET IN LENGTH. (ZLDR S. 94-485(N))
  
 6.) ALL HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES SHALL BE A MINIMUM
 OF TWELVE (12) FEET WIDE AND EIGHTEEN (18) FEET LONG.

 7.) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE PARKING STALLS,
 DRIVE AISLES AND INGRESS/EGRESS.
