| LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), BECAUSE THE |
| PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE |
| OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE, THE SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT |
| INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING) OF THE |
| ZLDRS. PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED INDICATING SUCH. IF |
| EXISTING MATERIAL IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND ALL |
| PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV HAVE BEEN MET, THEN NO |
| ADDITIONAL PERMIT/INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. IF THE |
| EXISTING MATERIAL ON SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ALL OF |
| THE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE XIV, THEN ADDITIONAL |
| MATERIAL WILL NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND |
| PERMITTED UNDER A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT |
