 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), BECAUSE THE
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE
 OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE, THE SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT
 INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING) OF THE
 ZLDRS. PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED INDICATING SUCH. IF
 EXISTING MATERIAL IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND ALL
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIV HAVE BEEN MET, THEN NO
 ADDITIONAL PERMIT/INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. IF THE
 EXISTING MATERIAL ON SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ALL OF
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE XIV, THEN ADDITIONAL
 MATERIAL WILL NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND
 PERMITTED UNDER A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 PLANS SHOULD INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
  A. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS, ETC.
  
  B. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES,
 SHRUBS, GROUND COVERS, ETC.
  
  C. THE LOCATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS,
 OVERHEAD LINES, WATER METERS, TRANSFORMERS, CHECK
 VALVES, CLEAN OUTS, FIRE HYDRANTS, LIGHT POLES, ETC.
 THAT MAY IMPACT LANDSCAPING.
  
  D. TABULATION TABLE INDICATING HOW THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL COMPLIES WITH ARTICLE XIV.
  
  E. SPECIES, QUANTITY, HEIGHT, SPREAD, SPACING, AND
 LOCATION OF THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL.
  
  F. STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS WILL BE PROVIDED
 WITH A PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM, INCLUDING
 THE ADJACENT RIGHT-OF-WAY (PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY NEW
 IRRIGATION SHALL BE DONE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT).
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-221(D)(5), STOREFRONTS SHALL
 HAVE CLEAR GLAZED AREAS ALONG A MINIMUM OF 70 PERCENT
 OF THEIR FA?ADE LENGTH, BETWEEN A HEIGHT OF TWO (2) AND
 EIGHT (8) FEET.
