 1- WINDOWS AND DOORS PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED NOW
 ARE FOR VINYL PRODUCTS. THIS TYPE OF WINDOWS AND DOORS
 ARE NOT APPROVED BY HISTORIC. NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR
 ANOTHER WINDOWS AND DOORS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR
 HISTORIC. SEE HISTORIC COMMENTS.
  
 ***NOTE: IF NEW PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE FOR
 NON-IMPACT WINDOWS AND DOORS, THEN NEED TO PROVIDE
 STORM SHUTTERS PRODUCT APPROVAL AND COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- THE BEDROOM WINDOW DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.1.2 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 48"X48" SINGLE HUNG WINDOW DOESN'T PROVIDE THE REQUIRED
 24" MIN. CLEAR HEIGHT. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- A) PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS FOR THE NEW
 EXTERIOR OPENINGS, INCLUDING THE NEW DOUBLE FRENCH
 DOORS. SEC. R301.1. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED.
 ONLY DETAIL FOR WINDOW FRAMING WAS PROVIDED).
  
 B) NEW FRENCH DOORS OPENING: SPECIFY MASONRY OPENING
 VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R609.3.2.
 (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL FOR NEW
 FRENCH DOORS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R612.10.2.1. ***NOTE:
 BUCK SPECIFIED NEEDS TO PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO THE
 DOOR FRAME. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 5- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. THEN, BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 6- SCOPE OF WORK IS TO CONVERT GARAGE TO LIVING SPACE,
 NOT TO REPLACE WINDOWS/DOORS AND MOVE BATHROOM
 LOCATION. VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD/ PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 OF CITY
 AMENDMENTS. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED)
