2013-12-13 10:55:391. ALL PARKING SPACES WITHIN PARKING AREA SHALL BE
 STRIPED AND DIMENSIONED IN COMPLIANCE WITH CITY CODE
 (SEC 94-485). COMPACT SPACES ARE ALLOWED.
 2. THE HC SPACE SHOWS DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS ON SHEET A-1
 AND A-2. IT SHALL BE 18' LONG BY 12' WIDE, WITH A 5'
 ACCESSIBLE AISLE.
 3. IS THE PROPOSED CURB CUT IN THE SAME LOCATION THAN
 THE EXISTING?
 4. ONCE THE PARKING SPACES HAVE BEEN ACCOMODATED, THE
 LEFT OVER SPACE SHALL BE ADDED AS A LANDSCAPE ON THE
 EAST PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT ALONG THE AISLE TO PROVIDE
 FOR SOME TURN AROUND SPACE.
 5. LIVE OAKS ALONG TAMARIND SHALL BE MOVED AWAY FROM
 THE DRIVEWAY, AND SHALL BE LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE
 HEDGE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR ROOTS.
 6. SHADE TREES ARE REQUIRED ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY
 LINE.
 7. IS THERE A REASON WHY THE FENCE ON THE NORTH SIDE IS
 NOT LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE? IS IT THE EXISTING
 FENCE?
 8. A DIRECT ACCESS FROM THE SIDEWALK SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 9. A TREE REMOVAL PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 PROJECT.
 10. FENCE ALONG TAMARIND AVE AND 7TH STREET CAN NOT
 EXCEED 4 FEET IN HEIGHT.
 11. PLANT MATERIAL WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE SHALL
 BE MAINTAINED BELOW 18". COCOPLUM WILL VERY RAPIDLY
 GROW ABOVE THAT HEIGHT, ANOTHER SPECIE IS RECOMMENDED.
 12. SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT.
