 1) 2010 FL EXISTING BUILDING CODE THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD HAS NOT INDICATED AS TO WHICH METHOD COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION:
 101.5 COMPLIANCE METHODS.
 THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION
 OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 101.5.1
 THROUGH 101.5.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 APPLICATION OF A METHOD SHALL BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR
 ASSESSING THE COMPLIANCE OF WORK PERFORMED UNDER A
 SINGLE PERMIT UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE CODE
 OFFICIAL. SECTIONS 101.5.1 THROUGH 101.5.3 SHALL NOT BE
 APPLIED IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER.
  
 2) IN THE AREA WORK METHOD LEVEL 1 OR LEVEL 2 REQUIRES
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE,
 LEVEL 1, 605.1 GENERAL. ACCESSIBILITY SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, ACCESSIBILITY.
 LEVEL 2, 706.1 GENERAL. A BUILDING, FACILITY, OR
 ELEMENT THAT IS ALTERED SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 NOTE THE RESTROOMS ARE NOT ONLY GETTING NEW FINISHES
 BUT THE STALLS ARE BEING RECONFIGURED(PERMIT #
 03120529) SHOWS A DIFFERENT CONFIGURATION THAN WHAT
 SHOWS ON THIS PERMIT. 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL
 II 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 2A) PLEASE PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS THAT WIL MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 604.3.2
 OVERLAP.
 THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE AROUND THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO OVERLAP THE WATER CLOSET, ASSOCIATED GRAB
 BARS, DISPENSERS, SANITARY NAPKIN DISPOSAL UNITS, COAT
 HOOKS, SHELVES, ACCESSIBLE ROUTES, CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 AND CLEARANCES REQUIRED AT OTHER FIXTURES, AND THE
 TURNING SPACE. NO OTHER FIXTURES OR OBSTRUCTIONS SHALL
 BE LOCATED WITHIN THE REQUIRED WATER CLOSET CLEARANCE.
  
 2B) THE DOORS THAT FORM THE RESTROOM VESTIBULE DO NOT
 MEET THE 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE SEE DOORS IN
 SERIES. 404.2.6 DOORS IN SERIES AND GATES IN SERIES.
 THE DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO HINGED OR PIVOTED DOORS IN
 SERIES AND GATES IN SERIES SHALL BE 48 INCHES (1220 MM)
 MINIMUM PLUS THE WIDTH OF DOORS OR GATES SWINGING INTO
 THE SPACE.
  
 3) THE ASSOCIATES LOUNGE IS LOCATED IN ROOM 107 WHICH
 IS LOCATED ON A MEZZININE LEVEL UNDER PERMIT (0312-529)
 THERE APPEARS TO BE A HANDICAPPED LOUNGE ON THE FLOOR
 LEVEL WHERE YOU DID NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE
 STOCKROOM, NOW IN THE PROPOSED LAYOUT AN ASSOCIATE THAT
 IS DISABLED WOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL THROUGH THE STOCKROOM
 TO GET TO THE ACCESSIBLE LOUNGE. ALTERATIONS ARE NOT
 SUPPOSE TO MAKE THE ACCESSWIBLE ROUTE LESS ACCESSABLE.
  
 4) SHEET A102 DETAIL # 6 INDICATES THE USE OF A NEW
 PREFABRICATED STAIR, GAURDRAIL & HANDRAIL SYSTEM,
 PLEASE PROVIDE LIVE LOADS FOR THE STAIR DESIGN PER 2010
 FBC-B TABLE 1607.1 AND A PROFILE OF THE GAURDRAIL
 HANDRAIL SYSTEM SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH 1013 SINCE THIS
 IS PART OF THE EXIT DISCHARGE.
