 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IDENTIFY THE FACADE (I.E. NORTH, SOUTH, EAST AND
 WEST) AND THE LOCATION ON THE BUILDING TO WHICH THE
 PROPOSED SIGNAGE WILL BE PLACED. PROVIDE
 PHOTOGRAPHS/DRAWINGS TO ILLUSTRATE THIS.
  
 2.) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE BUILDING FACADE TO WHICH
 THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE IS TO BE PLACED. BUILDING FACADE
 DIMENSIONS ARE NEEDED TO CALCULATE THE MAXIMUM
 ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA FOR THE FACADE.
  
 3.) THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF ALL SIGNS MOUNTED ON
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING FACADE IS 75 PERCENT OF THE AREA
 PERMITTED BY ZLDR S. 94-409.
  
 4.) THE SIGN CODE ALLOWS ONE (1) SIGN PER BUSINESS PLUS
 TWO (2) ADDITIONAL SIGNS, FOR A TOTAL OF THREE (3)
 SIGNS FOR A SINGLE-TENANT OCCUPIED BUILDING. PROVIDE
 PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE FOUR SIDES OF THE BUILDING TO VERIFY
 THIS REQUIREMENT IS MET. (ZLDR S.94-408(A)(1) D.)
  
 5.) PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE IS
 CONTINGENT UPON THE BUSINESS RECEIVING A VALID BUSINESS
 TAX RECEIPT (BUSINESS LICENSE). THE BUSINESS TAX FOR
 THE PROPOSED BUSINESS SEEMS TO HAVE EXPIRED.
