 LOW FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK SPECIFIED. PLEASE INCLUDE THE
 COSTS OF ALL MATERIAL, LABOR AND DESIGN COSTS FOR ALL
 TRADES, AS WELL AS, PROFIT AND OVERHEAD. CITY
 AMENDMENTS 109.3
  
 2) THE PLANS INDICATE THAT AN EXISTING ENCLOSED FRONT
 PORCH AREA OF 96 SQFT IS BEING CONVERTED TO LIVING
 AREA. THIS WILL REQUIRE ONE SET OF THE APPROVED PLANS
 TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF ANY
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE DRIVEWAYS AND
 APPROACH APRONS.
