| INDICATED ON THE PLANS IS THE RAMP LEADING TO THE TOP |
| LEVEL OF THE PARKING GARAGE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE BLOCKED |
| AS IT RESULTS IN A LOSS OF PARKING SPACES FOR THE |
| BUILDING. I BELIEVE THE EXISTING GENERATOR IS LOCATED |
| OUT FROM UNDERNEATH THE TOWER IN THE DEAD-END (NO |
| PARKING) SECTION OF THE TOP LEVEL OF THE GARAGE. |

| 2. IF THE PROPOSED GENERATOR IS LOCATED OUTSIDE, |
| ADJACENT TO THE PARAPET WALL, PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL |
| SHOWING THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE GENERATOR RELATIVE TO |
| THE PARAPET WALL, ETC. THE GENERATOR SHALL NOT BE |
| VISIBLE FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OR ADJACENT |
| PROPERTIES. |

| 3. AS WAS REQUIRED OF THE EXISTING GENERATOR, IF THE |
| PROPOSED GENERATOR IS BEING LOCATED OUTSIDE, THEN IT |
| SHALL BE PAINTED TO MATCH THE COLOR OF THE EXISTING |
| STRUCTURE. |
