 1- THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT SET OF PLANS SUBMITTED. ONE
 WAS SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT AND THE OTHER
 ONE WAS NOT. ALL PLANS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 THE ARCHITECT SHOWN ON THE TITLE BLOCK AS REQUIRED BY
 CHAPTER 481 FL. ST.. CLARIFY WHICH SET OF PLANS IS THE
 CORRECT ONE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 ***NOTE: ONLY THE SIGNED AND SEALED SET WAS REVIEWED.
 COMMENTS APPLY TO THOSE DRAWINGS ONLY.
  
 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ROOF SHINGLES AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B) HARDIEPLANK SIDING AS SHOWN ON PLANS. INFORMATION
 SUBMITTED IS THE MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATIONS, NOT AN
 OFFICIAL PRODUCT APPROVAL. NEED EITHER MIAMI-DADE NOA
 OR FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL WITH THE CORRESPONDING
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER.
  
 C) HORIZONTAL SLIDER WINDOWS AS SHOWN IN THE NEW
 KITCHEN AREA.
  
 D) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS. ***NOTE: PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 4- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- SHEET 2 OF 3:
 A) THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN
 FOR THE ROOF ARE INCORRECT. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE
 TABLE R301.2(2) OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ***NOTE: KEEP
 IN MIND THAT THIS TABLE IS FOR EXPOSURE "B". NEED TO
 ADJUST TO EXPOSURE "C" ACCORDINGLY.
  
 B) REVISE ALL THE LANDINGS TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R311.3
 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. REVISE THE VALUATION.
  
 7- SECTION B-B ON SHEET 3 OF 3:
 A) SPECIFY ROOF PITCH AND SPECIFY TWO LAYERS OF
 UNDERLAYMENT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R905.2.2.
  
 B) R-19 BUTT INSULATION DOESN'T FIT ON 2X4 WALL. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. AND COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS. SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 C) COORDINATE CEILING INSULATION WITH INFORMATION ON
 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C) NO GYPSUM BOARD ON CEILING?. PROVIDE FRAMING DETAILS
 FOR NEW CEILING. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 D) NEED GUTTERS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R318.6.
  
 E) SPECIFY WEATHER RESISTANT SHEATHING PAPER AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.2.
  
 8- REVISE ROOF SHEATHING NOTE ON SHEET 3 OF 3. NEED

 AND, COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
  
 10- REVISE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED AND COORDINATE
 WITH FLOOR PLANS. SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION:
 A) AREA WEIGHTED AVERAGE OVERHANG DEPTH SHOWN ON ITEM 7
 DOESN'T MATCH PLANS.
  
 B) REVISE FLOOR TYPE AND INSULATION TO MATCH REVISED
 PLANS. (NEED INSULATION). TIS IS NOT A CONCRETE SLAB ON
 GRADE.
  
 C) COORDINATE ROOF/ATTIC VENTILATION WITH REVISED
 PLANS.
  
 D) REVISE ROOF MATERIAL ON PAGE 2 OF 5 TO MATCH PLANS.
  
 E) CLEARLY SPECIFY ACTUAL WINDOW ORIENTATION ON PAGE 3
 OF 5 TO MATCH PLANS.
  
 F) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM.
  
 11- ARCHITECT TO COORDINATE ALL PLANS WITH THE REVISED
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS. COORDINATE INSULATION VALUE SHOWN
 ON WALLS, CEILINGS, RAISED FLOOR. ALSO, COORDINATE THE
 ROOF VENTILATION. SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
