2013-12-12 17:13:23THE FOLLOWING ITEMS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AND CORRECTED
 ACCORDINGLY:
 1. REARRANGE THE OUTLET SPACING TO COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF NEC 210.52
 2. RELOCATE THE ELECTRICAL PANEL AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 TO COMPLY WITH NEC110.26. THE AREA IN FRONT OF THE
 PANEL HAS TO BE CLEAR ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR.
 3. AS PER FBC-R314.3.1, SMOKE DETECTOR COMPLIANCE IS
 REQUIRED THROUGH OUT THE HOME IF NOT ALREADY IN
 COMPLIANCE.
 4. THE LUMINAIRE IN THE ATTIC SHALL HAVE A PROTECTIVE
 GUARD AS PER NEC 410.11
 5. THE FLOOR PLAN LABELED "EXISTING" REFLECTS AN AHU
 WHICH APPEARS TO BE RELOCATED AS PART OF THE NEW WORK,
 INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE "NEW" AHU AND ITS
 CORRESPONDING CU.
 6. CORRECT THE LOAD TABLE AS SHOWN. MINIMUM OF 2 SMALL
 APPLIANCE OUTLETS ARE REQUIRED, ONLY ONE INDICATED
 7. CORRECT THE RISER DIAGRAM TO MATCH THE LOAD TABLE
 AND PANEL SCHEDULE AS INTENDED
 8. THE NOTE ON THE PL;ANS INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING
 SERVICE IS BEING UPGRADED TO 200AMP, PROVIDE BETTER
 DETAIL ON THIS.
  
 THIS REVIEW IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A PUNCH LIST FOR THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, THEREFORE ADDITIONAL CORRECTIONS
 MAY BE REQUIRED. A THROUGH REVIEW OF THE PROJECT BY THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS SUGGESTED PRIOR TO THE NEXT
