 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF AS BUILT REVISIONS CORRECTING THE
 FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES.
  
 1) THE REVISED PLANS SPECIFY THAT ALL NEW INTERIOR
 WALLS WILL BE 2 - 1/2" METAL STUD WALL WITH 3 - 1/2"
 INSULATION IN STUD SPACE. INSULATION IS TOO THICK FOR
 THE WALL.
  
 2) THE REVISED PLANS SPECIFY NEW 3 -1/2" WALLS (2 -
 1/2" STUD WITH 1/2" DRYWALL EA. SIDE) EXTENDING FROM 4
 - 1/2" WALLS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2) CHANGING THE SWING ON THE DOOR TO OFFICE 2, AS SHOWN
 ON THE REVISION, DOES NOT CORRECT THE ACCESSIBILITY
 ISSUE. THE DOOR HAS TO BE EVALUATED FOR BOTH ENTERING
 AND LEAVING THE ROOM. A FRONT APPROACH ON THE PULL SIDE
 OF THE DOOR REQUIRES A MINIMUM 18" WALL SPACE TO THE
 LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR. FBC ACCESSIBILITY 404.2.4.1
 NOTE: A RIGHT HAND INSWING DOOR WOULD BE COMPLIANT.
