 1. ALL RECESSED LIGHTING SHALL BE SEALED OR GASKETED AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION SEC 402.4.5.
 2. THOUGH A CO DETECTOR IS INDICATED IN THE KITCHEN
 AREA AS YOU EXIT FROM THE GARAGE, THIS DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC-R 315. CARBON MONOXIDE
 DETECTION IS REQUIRED WITH 10 OF THE ENTRANCE TO ANY
 SLEEPING AREA.
 3. THE SUBMITTED DRAWINGS SHOW THE AHU UNIT BUT FAIL TO
 INCLUDE THE REQUIRED DISCONNECTS FOR THE UNITS. THERE
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 3' CLEAR AREA IN FRONT OF THESE
 DISCONNECTS.
 4. NEC 210.52(A)(2) STATES THAT ANY WALL SPACE GREATER
 THAN 2' SHALL HAVE AN OUTLET. SEE CONTRACTOR COPY
 5. SINCE BEDROOM 4 HAS ACCESS TO A RESTROOM WITH A
 SECOND EXIT TO THE CORRIDOR, FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION, A
 CONVENIENCE NOTE IS MADE IN BEDROOM 4, TO INCLUDE A
 3WAY SWITCH AS YO EXIT TO THE RESTROOM
