 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PARKING STALLS CANNOT BE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE
 ALLEYWAY AT 90 DEGREES. THERE IS INSUFFICIENT VEHICULAR
 BACK-UP DISTANCE TO THE ALLEYWAY. A MINIMUM OF 24 FT.
 IS REQUIRED FOR 90 DEGREE PARKING STALLS.
  
 2.) PARKING STALLS WILL REQUIRED WHEEL STOPS.
  
 3.) ALL PARKING STALLS SHALL BE DOUBLE STRIPPED. (ZLDR
 S. 94-485 (J) FIGURE XV-2)
  
 4.) ALL STANDARD PARKING STALLS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF
 EIGHT (8) FEET AND SIX (6) INCHES IN WIDTH, AND
 EIGHTEEN (18) FEET IN LENGTH. (ZLDR S. 94-485(N))
  
 5.) REPEAT COMMMENT 10/7/13: THE "WORK DESCRIPTION"
 INDICATES THE SCOPE OF WORK WILL INCLUDE PARKING LOT
 RESURFACING. PARKING LOT RESURFACING WILL REQUIRE THE
 SITE TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S
 LANDSCAPING CODE ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS
