 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING. RESPOND TO THE COMMENTS
 IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE RE-STRIPPING OF PARKING SPACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH LOCATION AND THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES IN THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE CONTACT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT AT (561) 805-6700 TO
 MAKE A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST FOR THE APPROVED SITE
 PLAN.
  
 2.) ALL PARKING STALLS SHALL BE DOUBLE STRIPPED. (ZLDR
 S. 94-485 (J) FIGURE XV-2)
  
 3.) ALL STANDARD PARKING STALLS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF
 EIGHT (8) FEET AND SIX (6) INCHES IN WIDTH, AND
 EIGHTEEN (18) FEET IN LENGTH. (ZLDR S. 94-485(N))
  
 4.) ALL HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES SHALL BE A MINIMUM
 OF TWELVE (12) FEET WIDE AND EIGHTEEN (18) FEET LONG.
 (ZLDR 94-485(O)(2))
  
 5.) PARKING LOT RESURFACING WILL REQUIRE THE SITE TO
 COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY?S LANDSCAPING CODE.
 A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 6.) THE FOLLOWING LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE
 ADDRESSED IN A LANDSCAPE PLAN:
 A.) AT LEAST ONE (1) SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR
 EACH 1,600 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
 B.) AT LEAST ONE (1) FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED
 FOR EACH 6,400 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION
 THEREOF.
 C.) AT LEAST ONE (1) SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH
 500 SQ. FT. OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. SHRUBS
 SHALL BE PLANTED WITH THREE-FOOT INTERVALS OR CLUSTERS
 IF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BUFFER IS IMPROVED.
 D.) SCREENING AND LANDSCAPING FOR VEHICULAR USE AREAS
 ADJACENT TO OR VISIBLE FROM A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE SHALL
 BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED. THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF 5 FT. IN WIDTH.
