 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) REPEAT COMMENT 10/9/13: IF THE SCOPE OF WORK
 CONSISTS OF ONLY RE-STRIPPING AND SEALCOATING THE
 EXISTING PARKING AREA, THEN AN APPROVED (SITE) PLAN,
 SHOWING THE LOCATION AND APPROVED NUMBER OF ALL PARKING
 SPACES ON THE PROPERTY SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
  
 2.) PLEASE CONTACT THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT
 AT (561) 805-6700 TO MAKE A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST FOR
 THE APPROVED PLANS.
  
 3.) IF THE APPROVED SITE PLAN CANNOT BE OBTAINED, A
 SITE PLAN, DRAWN TO SCALE AND SHOWING THE LOCATION OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE SUBMITTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY
 PARKING AREA WITH OVER 21 PARKING SPACES WILL REQUIRE A
 LEVEL I SITE PLAN REVIEW. (ZLDR S. 94-35(D)(5))
  
 4.) ALL STANDARD PARKING STALLS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 8
 FT. AND 6-INCHES IN WIDTH, AND 18 FT. IN LENGTH. (ZLDR
 S. 94-485(N))
  
 5.) ALL HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES SHALL BE A MINIMUM
 OF 12 FT. WIDE AND 18 FT. LONG. (ZLDR 94-485(O)(2))
  
 6.) A TWO (2) WAY DRIVE AISLE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 24
 FT. IN WIDTH. (ZLDR S. 94-485, FIGURE XV-2)
  
 7.) A ONE (1) WAY DRIVE AISLE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 12
 FT. IN WIDTH. (ZLDR S. 94-485, FIGURE XV-2)
  
 8.) STANDARD PARKING STALLS SHALL BE PAINTED WHITE AND
 SHALL CONSIST OF A DOUBLE BAR. (ZLDR S.94-485, FIGURE
