 THAN TWO-THIRDS OF THE DISTANCE FROM THE PROPERTY LINE
 TO THE CURB LINE AND 9 FEET WHEN LESS THAN TWO THIRDS.
 PROVIDE THE DISTANCE FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE CURB
