| 3) WHEN SUBMITTED, THE PERMITS FOR EXTERIOR WORK WILL |

| PLAN IS NOT A SURVEY. WHILE IT MAY INCLUDE THE BASE |

| 4) THE PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT ALONG THE SOUTH |
| PROPERTY LINE WHERE PAVEMENT IS BEING REMOVED SHALL BE |
| REPLACED WITH LANDSCAPE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S |
| LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS. THE PORTION IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY |
| SHALL BE REPLACED WITH SOD. THIS IS NOT CLEARLY SHOWN |
| ON THE SUBMITTED LANDSCAPE SHEETS. |

| 5) THE PAVING AND GRADING PLAN STILL INCLUDES A TAG |
| LINE WITH ?MILLING/OVERLAY LIMITS? WHICH SHALL BE |
| REMOVED ON THE PARKING LOT PERMITS IF IT IS NOT TO |

| ISLAND TREE, WHICH REQUIRES A GROUPING OF THREE PALM |
| TREES, NOT TWO PALM TREES. IF THREE SABAL PALMS DO NOT |
| FIT, AND THUS ARE INAPPROPRIATE, USE A DIFFERENT PALM |
| SPECIES WHICH COMPLIES WITH THE CITY?S REQUIREMENTS OR |
| USE A SMALL SHADE TREE SUCH AS A DAHOON HOLLY. |

| B) THE TREE PLANTING DIAGRAM SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE |
| THAT THE TOP OF THE ROOTBALL SHALL BE ABOVE THE |
| FINISHED GRADE. NO NOTE WAS ADDED TO THE TREE PLANTING |
| DIAGRAM TO CALL THIS OUT (THE PALM PLANTING DIAGRAM |
| DOES INCLUDE THE NOTE). |
