 LIST FOR THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, BUT ON THE FIRST
 REVIEW THE FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES WERE NOTED:
 1 PAGE E2.1
 A. AS PER NEC 110.26(D), ILLUMINATION IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE ELECTRICAL ROOMS AS WELL AS FOR THE FIRE RISER
 CLOSET.
 2. PAGE 2.2 & 2.3
 3. PAGE 3.1 ALL OUTLETS IN RESIDENTIAL COMMON AREAS
 SHOULD BE "TAMPER RESISTANT" AS WELL
 A. THE EXIT SIGN DO NOT INDICATE THAT THEY ARE VISIBLE
 FROM BOTH SIDES. AS PER NEC 110.26(D), THE METER ROOM
 HAS TO HAVE ILLUMINATION. THERE SHALL BE ILLUMINATION
 INSIDE THE OTHER CLOSETS WHICH HAVE EQUIPMENT, AND IN
 THE FIRE RISER AND STORAGE CLOSETS.
 4. PAGE E4.1 TYPICAL UNIT LIGHTING PLAN ALL CEILING FAN
 BOXES SHALL BE RATED FOR 50#'S AS PER NEC 314.27(A)
 A. UNIT A:
 1. AS PER NEC 210.70(A)(1), THERE SHALL BE A LIGHT IN
 THE BALCONY
 2. AS PER NEC 110.26(D), THERE SHALL BE ILLUMINATION IN
 FRONT OF THE ELECTRICAL PANEL
 B. UNIT C:
 1. AS PER NEC 210.70(A)(1), THERE SHALL BE A LIGHT IN
 THE BALCONY
 2. THERE SHOULD BE A 3 WAY SWITCH FOR THE CORRIDOR
 C. UNIT D:
 1. AS PER NEC 210.70(A)(1), RE SHALL BE A LIGHT IN THE
 BALCONY
 2. MISSING LIGHT SWITCH FOR M. BATH.
 5.. PAGE 4.2 OUTLET PLACEMENT SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE TO
 NEC 210.52.
 B. NOT THAT IT IS NOT INCORRECT OR IMPROPER, BUT WITH
 PROPER PLACEMENT THERE IS AN UNREQUIRED SMOKE DETECTOR
 IN EACH UNIT.
 6. PAGE 6.1 PANEL SCHEDULES
 A. MUST PROVIDE VOLTAGE DROP CALCULATIONS FOR FEEDERS
  
  
 THOUGH A SEPARATE FIRE ALARM PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED
 AND THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION FOR SAME SHALL
 ACCOMPANY SUCH PERMIT, A PRELIMINARY REVIEW OF THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE INITIATING DEVICES ON THE SECOND &
 THIRD FLOOR SHOULD BE RELOCATED TO COMPLY WITH NFPA 72
 SECTION 17.14.6
