 BY HISTORIC.
  
  
 1- PLANS SUBMITTED ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES THAT
 WERE APPROVED. PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CLOSING OF EXISTING EXTERIOR
 OPENINGS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2- PLANS SHOW REMOVING PORTION OF EXISTING STAIRWAY
 WALLS TO ALLOW FOR NEW IRON HAND-RAILINGS. AND NEW
 OPENING FOR HALF BATHROOM ENTRANCE. THESE WALLS SEEM TO
 BE BEARING WALLS. PROVIDE COMPLETE ENGINEERING
 ANALYSIS, DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO SHOW THAT
 STRUCTURE IS GOING TO BE STRUCTURALLY SOUND. SEC. R301
 OF 2010 FBC AND SEC. 107.2.1.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE NEW HANDRAIL/GUARDRAIL TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R311.7.7 AND THE LIVE LOADS AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR ALTERATIONS ON BEDROOM #3 TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R304 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
  
 ***NOTE: NEED A/C AND PLUMBING PERMITS.
