 COVERSHEET, A.3 & LS1, THEY LIST THE SAME AREA AS A A2,
 A3 OCCUPANCY AND STUDIO FOR THE SAME AREA, CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH LOCAL AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE (FBC) 2010 CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED
 AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. PLEASE PROVIDE IN DETAIL WHAT THIS AREA WILL
 BE USED FOR:
 A2 INTENDED FOR FOOD OR DRINK CONSUMPTION
 A3 INTENDED FOR WORSHIP, RECREATION OR AMUSEMENT
  
 2) LS1 INDICATES 2 EXIT DOORS PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH 2010 FBC-B 1015.2.1 TWO EXITS OR EXIT ACCESS
 DOORWAYS. EXCEP #2, WHERE TWO EXITS OR EXIT ACCESS
 DOORWAYS ARE REQUIRED FROM ANY PORTION OF THE EXIT
 ACCESS, THE EXIT DOORS OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAYS SHALL BE
 PLACED A DISTANCE APART EQUAL TO NOT LESS THAN
 ONE-THIRD OF THE LENGTH OF THE MAXIMUM OVERALL DIAGONAL
 DIMENSION OF THE BUILDING OR AREA TO BE SERVED MEASURED
 IN A STRAIGHT LINE BETWEEN EXIT DOORS OR EXIT ACCESS
 DOORWAYS. IT APPEARS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE 2 DOORS
 DOES NOT MEET 1/3RD THE DISTANCE OF THE OVERALL
 DIAGONAL BETWEEN THE DOORS.
  
 3) SHEET A3 INDICATES THERE ARE TWO DRESSING ROOMS FOR
 THE MERCANTILE PORTION OF THE TENANT SPACE, PLEASE
 PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE DRESSING ROOMS:
 3A) 803.2 TURNING SPACE. TURNING SPACE COMPLYING WITH
 304 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM.
  
 3B) 803.4 BENCHES.
 A BENCH COMPLYING WITH 903 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN THE
 ROOM.
  
 3C)903.3 SIZE.
 BENCHES SHALL HAVE SEATS THAT ARE 42 INCHES (1065 MM)
 LONG MINIMUM AND 20 INCHES (510 MM) DEEP MINIMUM AND 24
 INCHES (610 MM) DEEP MAXIMUM.
  
 3D) 903.4 BACK SUPPORT.
 THE BENCH SHALL PROVIDE FOR BACK SUPPORT OR SHALL BE
 AFFIXED TO A WALL. BACK SUPPORT SHALL BE 42 INCHES
 (1065 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND SHALL EXTEND FROM A POINT 2
 INCHES (51 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE SEAT SURFACE TO A
 POINT 18 INCHES (455 MM) MINIMUM ABOVE THE SEAT
 SURFACE. BACK SUPPORT SHALL BE 21/2 INCHES (64 MM)
 MAXIMUM FROM THE REAR EDGE OF THE SEAT MEASURED

 INCHES (1220 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
