 1A) SOILS REPORT VERSES THE SECTION B, THE SOILS REPORT
 INDICATES BECAUSE OF THE EXISTING FOOTING DEPTH A
 RETAINING WALL TO BE CONSTRCTED ALONG WITH A INTERFACE
 BETWEEN THE EXISTING BUILDING AND NEW ADDITION. I SPOKE
 WITH THE DESIGNER OF RECORD STEPHAN YECKES ABOUT THIS
 DESCREPANCY IN THE PLANS AAND HE DID INDICATE THE SOILS
 REPORT CAME IN AFTER THE INITIAL DESIGN AND A REVISION
 WILL BE FORTH COMING ON THE NEXT SUBMITION.
  
 1B) THE SECOND QUESTION IS ABOUT WHAT APPEARS TO BE A
 WOODEN RAMP BETWEEN THE EXISTING STRUCTURE AND THE NEW
 ADDITION, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED, IS THERE A
 CONCRETE SLAB BENEATH THIS AREA, OR IS IT GRADE, PLEASE
 ALSO PROVIDE THE LIVE LOADS FOR THIS DESIGN PER 2010
 FBC-B TABLE 1607.1. THE DETAILS OF THE FOUNDATION
 PERMIT 12020320 FOR THIS AREA DO NOT MATCH UP. NEW
 DESIGN?
  
 2) SHEET A1 VS LS1, THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET INDICATES A
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 297, IN TWO OF THE HEADINGS THE
 ASSEMBLY AND MEZZANINE LEVEL THE PARTIAL OCCUPANT WAS
 ROLLED DOWN, WHEN FIGURING OCCUPANT LOADS WITH A
 PARTIAL OCCUPANT YOU ALWAYS ROUND UP TO THE NEXT WHOLE
 OCCUPANT, BOAF INFORMAL INTERPRETATION # 5479. THIS
 BUMPS THE OCCUPANT LOAD TO 299 OCCUPANTS.
  
 THE OTHER ISSUE WITH THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS THERE IS NO
 OCCUPANT LOAD GIVEN TO THE LOBBY AREA, I HAVE SPOKE
 WITH THE CITY OF WPB B O ROBEERT BROWN ON THIS
 PARTICULAR PLAN. THERE IS A BOAF
 INTERPRETATION 2657 THAT STATES YES AN OCCUPANT LOAD
 MUST BE ASSIGNED TO LOBBY OR ATRIUM AREAS AND AS
 ASSEMBLY WITHOUT FIXED SEATING- CONCENTRATED, BUT IT
 ALSO GOES ON TO SAY THAT THEY SHOULD BE EVALUATED ON A
 CASE- BY CASE BASIS.
  
 MR BROWN HAS REVIEWED THIS PLAN AND BELIEVES THE INTENT
 OR USE OF THIS AREA IS MORE LIKE A CORRIDOR THAN LOBBY,
 IT EXIST BECAUSE OF THE REQUIREMENT OF TWO EXITS
 REQUIRED FROM THE ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES LOCATED ON BOTH
 SIDES OF THE CORRIDOR SATISFYING THE 2010 FBC-B
 REQUIREMENT 1015.2.1 WHERE TWO EXIT DOORS ARE REQUIRED
 . WHAT THIS DOES REQUIRE BEING USED AS A CORRIDOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B TABLE 1018.1 ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER THAN 30
 REQUIRING THE CORRIDOR TO BE A 1 HOUR FIRE RATED
 CORRIDOR, AND 3/4 HOUR FIRE RATED DOORS IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH TABLE 715.5. NOTE SHEET M-1 WOULD ALSO BE EFFECTED
 SINCE THE A/C DUCT WORK WILL BE PENETRATING FIRE RATED
 WALLS REQUIRING FIRE DAMPERS 716.3.2.1 & TABLE
