 1. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (GENERATOR, POOL EQUIPMENT) CAN
 NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4' IN TO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
 PLEASE REVISE THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED GENERATOR
 AND POOL EQUIPMENT TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE. [ZLDR
 SEC. 94-305(B)(4)]. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REAR SETBACK
 IS 15' OR 10% THE DEPTH OF THE PROPERTY, WHICHEVER IS
 LESS.
  
 2. THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION($200,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($91,222) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY. (NOTE: ZLDR SEC.
 94-442(B)(2)A. ? FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT
 LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE
 PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT
 LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.)
  
 3. IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED AS PART OF THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION/SITE IMPROVEMENTS, A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED THROUGHT THE PLANNING & ZONING
