 1) PLANS WILL NEED TO BE SUPPLIED, PROVIDING DETAILS AS
 TO THE INTENT AND LOCATION OF CHANGE OF OCCUPANY. THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE SUITE AS # 4 WHICH IS
 SUPPOSE TO BE SOCCER FIELDS LOCATED ON THE SECOND
 FLOOR.
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH LOCAL AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE (FBC) 2010 CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 2.5 FLOOR PLAN , FLOOR PLAN SUBMITTD WAS PUT ON HOLD,
 WALLS NEED TO BE VERIFIED.
 2.6 OCCUPANCY LOAD TO BE TAKEN @ 15 SQ FT PER OCC = 267
 OCCUPANTS. NO EXCEPTIONS TAKEN TO DECREASE THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD. THERE HAS BEEN EVENTS AT THIS SITE THAT HAVE NOT
 HAD CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND INCREASED DEMANDS ON THE
 FACILITIES.
 2.7 IF BUILDING IS NON-SPRINKLERED ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES
 REQUIRE 2 HOUR FIRE SEPERATION
 2.8PROVIDE RESTROOMS FOR THE NEW OCCUPANT LOADS, NOTTE
 THE RESTROOMS FIRST FLOOR WERE REQUIRED FOR THE SOCCER
 FLIEDS, NEW FACILITIES WILL BE REQUIRED.
 2.9 ACCESSIBILITY, THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE VALET
 PARKING AND ACCESSIBLE PARKING ARE BEING REMOVED AND
 THERE IS NO EQUIVALENCY PROVIDED. 2010 FL ACC CODE :
 202.3.1 PROHIBITED REDUCTION IN ACCESS.
 AN ALTERATION THAT DECREASES OR HAS THE EFFECT OF
 DECREASING THE ACCESSIBILITY OF A BUILDING OR FACILITY
 BELOW THE REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AT THE TIME
 OF THE ALTERATION IS PROHIBITED.
  
 ADVISORY 202.3.1 PROHIBITED REDUCTION IN ACCESS.
 DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE REGULATIONS 28 CFR 35.133 FOR
 PUBLIC ENTITIES (TITLE II) AND 28 CFR 36.211 FOR
 PRIVATE ENTITIES (TITLE III) CLARIFY THAT REDUCTION OF
 ACCESSIBILITY IS BENCHMARKED TO THE 2010 ADA STANDARDS
 FOR ACCESSIBLE DESIGN AS ADOPTED BY THIS CODE. THOSE
 REGULATIONS STATE: ?IF THE 2010 STANDARDS REDUCE THE
 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OR THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED
 ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS BELOW THE NUMBER REQUIRED BY THE
 1991 STANDARDS, THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OR THE
 NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS IN A FACILITY SUBJECT TO
 THIS PART MAY BE REDUCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2010 STANDARDS.?
  
 3) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
