 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO AN EMAIL TO GREGORY S. KINO, DATED
 11/26/2013, A "UNITY OF TITLE IS NOT POSSIBLE UNDER THE
 CURRENT CONDITIONS BECAUSE BOTH PROPERTIES ARE UNDER
 THE OWNERSHIP OF DIFFERENT CORPORATIONS. IN DISCUSSING
 THE UNITY OF CONTROL, IT WAS THEIR (THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
 OFFICE) LEGAL OPINION THAT THIS WAS NOT A VIABLE
 OPTION. THEY (THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE) INDICATED
 THAT EITHER THE TWO (2) PROPERTIES COULD BE BROUGHT
 UNDER THE OWNERSHIP OF THE SAME CORPORATION AND A UNITY
 OF TITLE FILED, OR THAT YOU CAN UTILIZE THE PROCESS
 OUTLINED IN SECTION 94-485(B)(1) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (WHICH REQUIRES A
 SPECIAL USE PERMIT)." PLANNING STAFF HAS NOT RECEIVED
 ANY COMMUNICATION FROM MR. KINO ON HOW THE PROPERTY
 OWNER WISHES TO PROCEED.
  
 2. AT&T INDICATED IN THEIR LETTER THAT COORDINATION
 WILL NEED TO BE MADE PRIOR TO "DEMOLITION". PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 3. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT:
  A. PLANS SHALL BE APPROVED BY KELLY TUCKER-CARSILLO,
 CRIME PREVENTION OFFICER, WITH THE CITY'S POLICE
 DEPARTMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION INDICATING
 THAT PLANS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED.
  B. A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN
 SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY'S CRIME PREVENTION
 OFFICER. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION INDICATING THAT
 SUCH PLAN HAS BEEN PREPARED AND APPROVED.
  
 4. ON-STREET PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE A MINIMUM OF 22
 FEET IN LENGTH ALONG THE CURB-LINE. ONLY 20 FEET IS
 SHOWN. IN YOUR RESPONSES YOU INDICATE CORRESPONDANCE
 WITH BRIAN COLLINS, CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER. NO
 CORRESPONDANCE WAS ATTACHED TO THE RESUBMITTAL. A
 MEETING BETWEEN MR. COLLINS AND PLANNING STAFF HAS BEEN
 SET UP FOR 12/6/2013 TO REVIEW THE CROSS SECTION
 SUBMITTED. THIS COMMENT MAY BE REVISED/DELETED UPON
 CONCLUSION OF THAT MEETING.
