 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. AT&T INDICATED IN THEIR LETTER THAT COORDINATION
 WILL NEED TO BE MADE PRIOR TO "DEMOLITION". PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 2. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE UNITY OF TITLE?
  
 3. LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5)
 FEET IN WIDTH AS MEASURED FROM INSIDE OF CURB TO INSIDE
 OF CURB. DETAIL ON SHEET SP-2.0 SHOWS IT AS MEASURED TO
 THE OUTSIDE OF THE CURB. ADDITIONALLY, IT LOOKS LIKE
 CURBING HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SEVERAL OF THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS. LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED TO BE PROTECTED USING
 A D-CURB OR SIMILAR.
  
 4. SHEET SP-1 INDICATES IN THE DATA TABLE THAT SHEET
 SP-2.1 SHOULD BE REFERENCED WITH REGARD TO PARKING
 REQUIRED. I BELIEVE THIS IS SUPPOSED TO REFERENCED TO
 SHEET SP-2.2.
  
 5. ON-STREET PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE A MINIMUM OF 22
 FEET IN LENGTH ALONG THE CURB-LINE. ONLY 20 FEET IS
 SHOWN. IN YOUR RESPONSES YOU INDICATE CORRESPONDANCE
 WITH BRIAN COLLINS, CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER. NO
 CORRESPONDANCE WAS ATTACHED TO THE RESUBMITTAL.
 ADDITIONALLY, MR. COLLINS HAD REQUESTED CROSS-SECTIONS,
 ETC. TO ENSURE THAT ON-STREET PARKING WAS GOING TO BE
 PERMITTED. WAS THIS INFORMATION PROVIDED? IT WAS NOT
 INCLUDED IN THE RESUBMITTAL. PLEASE PROVIDE
 CORRESPONDANCE OR THE INFORMATION NECESSARY.
  
 6. THE NEW CURB CUTS DO NOT APPEAR TO LINE UP WITH THE
 DRIVE AISLES THAT ARE PROPOSED. PLEASE ADJUST
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7. WHEEL STOPS OR CURBING NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED ALONG
 THE WESTERN-MOST ROW OF PARKING. IF WHEEL STOPS ARE
 PROVIDED, THE SPACES NEED TO BE EXTENDED TO 18 FEET IN
 LENGTH, WITH THE WHEEL STOP 2 FEET BACK FROM THE EDGE
 OF THE PARKING ROW.
  
 8. CONSIDER MOVING THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE A LITTLE
 FURTHER WEST AND UTILIZE THE BACK WALL OF THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE.
  
 9. A DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED OF THE PROPOSED BIKE
 RACK. PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING ACCEPTABLE STYLES.
  
 10. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT:
 A. PLANS SHALL BE APPROVED BY KELLY TUCKER-CARSILLO,
 CRIME PREVENTION OFFICER, WITH THE CITY'S POLICE
 DEPARTMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION INDICATING
 THAT PLANS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED.
 B. A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN
 SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY'S CRIME PREVENTION
 OFFICER. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION INDICATING THAT
 SUCH PLAN HAS BEEN PREPARED AND APPROVED.
  
 11. WAS ANY LETTER OR DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED FROM
 FERNANDO RIVERA NEGRON, INDICATING APPROVAL OF THE
 PROPOSED DUMPSTER?
  
 12. VINCE NOEL, CITY SURVEYOR, COMMENTED THAT LOT 11
 SHOULD HAVE A ROUNDED CORNER (NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 CLAREMORE AND DIXIE HIGHWAY). THE SITE PLAN STILL SHOWS
 THIS AS BEING SQUARED OFF.
  
 13. RESPONSES TO PPRC COMMENTS INDICATED THAT THERE WAS
 COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SIMMONS AND WHITE AND MANNY
 GONZALEZ REGARDING DRAINAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE COPIES OF
 THE COMMUNICATION.
  
 PLEASE NOTE: SEPARATE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL
 LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION, SITE WORK, ETC.
