 IS CONTINGENT TO SUBMITTAL OF REVISED STREET SURVEY AND
 DISCUSSIONS WITH THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
 2. STREET LIGTHS SHALL BE THE CITY STANDARD, AND
 LOCATED TWO FEET FROM THE BACK OF THE CURB TO TEH
 CENTER OF THE POLE ("LUMEC" CAT
 #175MH-L50-PCFC-SE3-OTA/240V-SFO-1-BKTX BLACK). THE
 FIXTURE SHALL BE LED.
 3. PARKING SPACES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE DROP-OFF-AREA
 SHALL BE COMPACT SPACES TO ALLOW FOR THE REQUIRED 5
 FEET LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 4. PLANTING AREA ALONG THE ALLEY SHALL BE PROTECTED
 WITH A CURB OR BOLLARDS.
 5. BASE PLANTING SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE BUILDING
 AS REQUIRED IN CONDITION OF APPROVAL FROM DAC, AND
 PRESENTED FOR THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
 6. ROOT BARRIERS ARE REQUIRED AROUND STREET TREET, AND
 10 FEET OF STRUCTURAL SOIL SHALL BE INSTALLED AROUND
 THE TREE GRATES PROPOSED ALONG THE SIDEWALK.
 7.THE NORTH PORTION OF THE ENTRY PLAZA CANNOT BE
 SEPARATED WITH THE PROPOSED FENCE AND GATE.THE ENTRY
 PLAZA SHALL BE MAINTAINED AS A PUBLIC OPEN SPACE.
 8. EXISTING DROP CURB ON DIXIE HWAY (CLOSER TO GARDENIA
 STREET) SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED BY A REGULAR
 CURB. PLEASE DISCUSS WITH THE ENGINEERIGN DEPARTMENT
 THE REQUIRED CURB TYPE.
 9. A NEW LIVE OAK SHALL BE PLANTED IN A TREE GRATE
 ALONG DIXIE HWAY, 30 FEET NORTH OF THE EXISTING TREE IN
 FRONT OF THE SURFACE PARKING LOT.
 10.PROPOSED LIGHT POLES IN MIDDLE ISLANDS MAY CONFLICT
 WITH PROPOSED LANDSCAPE. PLEASE RELOCATE LIGHT POLES OR
 DEMONSTRATE THERE IS NO CONFLICT.
 11. ALL FENCES AND GATES ALONG THE FRONTAGE LINE WITHIN
 THE FRONT SETBACK SHALL BE A MAXIMUM OF 4 FEET. FENCES
 WITHIN THE SIDE OR REAR SETBACK SHALL NOT BE MORE THAN
 6' IN HEIGHT.
 12. PLEASE INCLUDE A DIAGRAM INDICATING THE AREAS
 CALCULATED FOR THE PRIVATE OPEN SPACE AND HOW IT
 COMPLIES WITH THE MINIMUM 30% VEGETATED AREA, AND 20%
 TREE CANOPY REQUIRED. SYNTETHIC TURF IS NOT CONSIDERED
 VEGETATED AREA.
 13. PLANTING AREA ADJACENT TO DROP OFF ENTRANCE IS ONLY
 20". PLEASE VERIFY THAT WIDTH IS SUFFICIENT TO
 ACCOMODATE AND ALLOW HEALTHY GROWTH OF PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE.
 14. PORTE COCHERE ROOF TREATMENT SHALL INCLUDE
 ADDITIONAL TREATMENT AS PRESENTED IN RENDERS FOR THE
 DAC SPECIAL REVIEW APPROVAL.
 15.PLEASE INCLUDE PROPERTY LINE IN ALL FLOOR PLANS,
 ELEVATIONS, AND SECTIONS.
 16. ANY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON ROOF TOP SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE.
 17. ALL ROOF MEMBRANES SHALL INCLUDE A SOLAR
 REFLECTANCE INDEX (SRI) GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO 78.

 GROSS BUILDING AREA IN THE ZONING CODE.PLEASE INCLUDE
 DIAGRAMS INDICATING THE AREAS INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL
 GROSS BUILDING AREA IN EACH FLOOR, AND THE TOTAL
 MECHANICAL AREA. PLEASE INCLUDE THE FAR CALCULATION AND
 THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TDRS NEEDED.
 19. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE IN THE DRAWINGS INDICATING
 THE PARKING IS PROVIDED OFF-SITE BASED ON DAC APPROVAL
 (DAC CASE NO. 13-04).
 20. PLEASE INCLUDE A TABLE TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE FOR
